I came in to get my engine splash shield fixed as it started dragging, David was so helpful in the process!! He let me know what was needed and got me in right away, took less than an hour to get it fixed! He was so kind and answered all my questions!(:

I had an excellent experience at the Firestone in Marysville! They fixed the issues with my Toyota Corolla quickly and saved me money. Aaron (technician) showed great skill and patience, making sure everything was done right, and Mr. Heath Lane (tire & service advisor) was honest, clear, and very patient in explaining my options. Their professionalism and customer care really stood out. Highly recommend this team!

They are friendly, fast, flexible, and thorough. The oil change price was fair. The $9.99 full inspection is worth it. Even though I will not do all the repairs with Firestone, the information was accurate and the report clear and very helpful. Thank you!

I had a great experience here today. They not only managed to squeeze me in for a last minute brake check but were also able to replace my brakes today! David and Aaron were really helpful and answered all of my questions. I was even able to open a credit card through Firestone and pay off the amount when I am able.

Jake and Aaron took amazing care of my flat tire today that had a huge screw in it, at no cost since I bought my tires from them.. best choice ever! They got me in and out in record timing! Thank you to both of them and the rest of the Firestone team in Marysville Washington!

Brought my car in for a "complete plus" inspection as there is a scraping sound coming from one of my wheels. The tech told me that I needed new brakes, but not right away. The tech failed to mention the seized brake caliper. They also did not address the headlight that is out which I already knew about and left to be sure they were actually doing a complete inspection. I have to wonder what I actually paid for if these issues weren't caught. Seems like my car was pulled into the bay and just left there until I picked it up. They also kept rescheduling my appointment without telling me they did not have a tech to do my inspection, probably related. The person that answered the phone seemed really irritated when I called to voice these concerns. Customer service is lacking. I have had good service at this location. Not sure what happened this time. Won't be back.

The service was amazing! The manager was empathetic to our situation even though it was the result of a mistake from a different service company. He went out of his way to make sure our vehicle was working properly, great communication and fit us in without an appointment. We will definitely be returning!

I have been taking my cars here for about ten years. They used to be so good. I could rely on them to discover and fix the problem. Recently they have been terrible! They did a coolant flush and before I got home I got a warning light that I needed to add coolant. They obviously didn’t run the engine long enough for the coolant to get into the engine. Then, on a different vehicle they replaced the water pump without replacing the hoses and one of the hoses burst a few days later. Most recently they tried to fix the hvac unit which was blowing only cold air on the passenger side, but they couldn’t do it and referred me to the dealer (which is fine), but now the dealer is telling me that someone tried to take off the dashboard and is going to charge me several hundred dollars to figure out what was disconnected and reconnect it. They didn’t used to be this bad, but until they change technicians again, I am going to have to take my cars elsewhere.

Great service at Firestone--they professionally mounted, balanced, and siped my two tires with care. The team was patient and even accommodating with my dogs while I waited. Smooth ride since, highly recommend

I needed tires in a hurry. Firestone is one of the only tire shops open on Sunday. I called in the afternoon on Saturday. This location didn't have the tires I wanted on hand. Brian, the store manager was able to get them brought in and ready for install 1st thing Sunday morning. The communication and follow through couldn't be better. The service at this location continues to be top notch and is the reason I purchase tires for all of our vehicles here. All of the staff are courteous, fast, and efficient. I've never had a bad experience here.

Very disappointed with Firestone! I’ve managed automotive shops for years, and my experience here was completely frustrating. I brought in a full size spare and only wanted a valve stem installed no sensor. I was quoted $100 for labor, while Les Schwab would have charged just $25 (they weren’t open today, so I tried Firestone). To make matters worse, I walked into the store and stood for 7 minutes before I had to peek into the shop. What happened to greeting customers, helping them promptly, or at least letting them know you’ll be right with them? Overall, very unprofessional and not what I expect from a shop!!!!

Had set an appointment on line for 2pm 09/21/2025. For an oli Change and tire replacement. To be very clear just one tire. They called to confirm what was going to be done and that they had the tire in stock. Came to drop off my car at 2pm. The people working seemed very confused as what was going on. They lacked communication between employees. Manager told us it be about an hour and half wait even with an appointment. Another employee said more like 3 hours. We didn't get our car back till after 5pm they were closed. We paid $247 for a tire and an alignment and they DID NOT DO AN OIL CHANGE!!! What is the point in an appointment when they didn't stick to it. Having to confirm 3 times with 3 different people what our appointment was for and still it wasn't done! Cool they gave us $20 off but absolutely didn't get what we set the appointment for. They seemed very scattered and all over the place and didn't seem like they knew at all what was going on.

I have been a good customer of FS for the last about 9 yrs. I trust FS a lot. But FS in Marysville WA has got the worst customer service I ever experienced. This is second time I am experiancing mistreatment. They are not happy with their work. I am no more going to this place again.

The Marysville Firestone has consistently proven itself to be our trusted advisor for auto care. The staff are always very attentive, they can usually look at our auto issues same day, or worst case next day, and we chose this specific location over dealerships to handle our auto care.

DO NOT GO HERE THIS PLACE IS A DANGER! unless you're a tire technician I do not recommend going here. You have to tell them what to do. After buying new tires I asked ( since my car is rear drive) for the two new ones to be put on the back and the older ones out forward. I was TOLD "oh yes this is standard" yet when I got my truck and asked they said they didn't do that and didn't tell me why. I also had an over all inspection done of my truck. They said my brake fluid failed. I asked if they fixed that ( I had been in 2 weeks ago for my brakes BY THEM) they said no.... Since I only came in for my tires... Okay but it came up in the report and we talked about it? You were going to send me on my way without telling me? They also put my tire ( I got a spare) on a rusty rim ( I didn't know what the condition of my spare was in it under my truck) and it didn't fit! And also didn't fit back under the truck so without telling me just out it in the back.... It was pulling teeth to get anyone to explain to me what was going on. This place is a danger. Paul was unapologetic and simply didn't want to do his job. He wasn't even looking up my warranty on my tires or my brakes! I had to tell him too... I said isn't this under warranty... I don't know.... Then go look it up? How is " I don't know" an acceptable response. I was unpleased the first time and I gave them the benefit of the dought and came back and that was my mistake. I worry the danger they cut be putting people in or less just charging people for things under warranty.

I have been to the specific location twice because I just moved up to the area. Both times I've gone, the staff were very friendly, professional, and efficient. I will absolutely be returning to this location. This time Brian/Bryan helped me. They also did not give me a hard time about my well behaved ESA (emotional support animal) which some places do. Honestly I would give more stars if I could.

Highly recommended!! The reviews don't justify the quality of their service. These guys are awesome. Very knowledgeable, honest, and helpful. They were able to figured out the reason behind the brake light showing up on my dashboard, disagnosed caliper seal leakage, spotted that I needed battery replacement, and other issues. I took my car to another autostore with higher reviews because they are closer to my home but doesn't look like they did much checking they didn't find any problem while the brake light still popping up. I finally brought my car back here and problems solved.

**EDIT** The manager contacted me, and offered a solution is could not refuse, he also apologizedfor the issues and took accountability that they failed in the customer service aspect. For now I will leave my review at 4 stars, but I am optimistic we can get to 5. Absolutely the WORST experience ever. I called ahead to make an appointment for an alignment (my car had a slight pull to the right) and oil change, when I arrived I stood in the lobby, without greeting for what seemed like 10 minutes, it was probably only 5, I made eye contact with several employees, none who seemed to care I was standing there waiting. Finally a nice younger gentleman poked his head through the window and said we will be there soon, another 5 minutes passed. The person helping me asked for my info, and surprise, there was no appointment under my name. I didnt think much of it. They called me to tell me I needed $3k worth of work, which i declined since this is a newer ish* vehicle, just cresting 120k miles. This did include brakes, which i found odd as I had just had them replaced in june. I picked up my vehicle and drove home. The next day on my way to work I noticed my steering wheel was crooked when I was driving straight (pic for proof), when I straighted it out, I now had a HARD pull to the right, way worse than when I brought it in I called and explain the issue and asked what was needed to get this corrected. The employee was rude, and chose not to listen to when I was attempting to explain my availability, talking over me and telling me he time same day, after I had already attempted to explain I could not that day. I thought he had booked me an appointment for the time I said I could bring it back in, imagine my surprise (or not) when I arrived to have the correction made, and there was, yet again, no appointment. Shortly after dropping it off he called me to tell me my alignment was "in spec" and that I needed new tires and that was the actual issue. I know cars. Im not stupid. I explained there was no way I was buying tires from a company who lied to me about needing brakes, after I had a 2nd company (les scwhab) verify, AND verified previous mork donebwith reciprs from june. I had also marked my tires which they claimed to have rotated, and did not. He raised his voice at me and demanded new tires were the cause of the issue and refused to make any effort in adjusting the alignment since "its in spec". I said not to touch my car and I will be there to pick it up. Additionally when I asked for a refund again,I was told: the "manager" is the only one who can authorize a refund and he is conveniently not on site until after the first. I obviously disputed the charge through my bank. Les schwab just called me to tell me the front tow on the front right was off and causing the pull. They also verified my brakes at at 60%. And that tires are NOT the cause of the hardest right pull I experienced AFTER Firestone claimed to align my vehicle. They guys will lie to you about services you dont need (brakes), claim you need new services/products to avoid fixing their actual issues (new tires) and lie about the services they did, but don't actually do (tire rotation) If you love being lies to, attempted scamming, and dealing with rude employees, then you def picked the right place, would have given 0 stars if I could have.
