JR is the nicest guy you will ever meet, I’m telling you. Everyone there are extremely nice for that matter. I will say it’s very hard in my experience to find a honest mechanic who won’t gut you or your wallet and JR is not one of those kind of mechanics. My Audi was not running like she should and a check engine light was popping up. JR diagnosed the problem and was really great at troublshooting. He found the culprit and was very communicative and upfront along the way. He charged less than competitors and got me taken care of much quicker than the dealership could have. If you want an honest person working on your car, this is the place!

I wish I could say I had 5 star service like everyone else, that’s the reason we brought our car to this shop. He had our car for 7 weeks and in total paid around $5,000. Continued to get the runaround of when we would get the car back, multiple times he said it would be done in a few days. Gave him the benefit of the doubt. Got the car back and from his mistake of not blocking off certain lines, a cylinder in the motor was ruined. I understand mistakes happen and we brought the issue back and asked how to resolve this. After a lot of back and forth, he ended up giving $1,000 back and calling that a fair resolution. Had to go somewhere else to get a new motor installed. As a business owner you should own up to your mistakes and eat the cost of them, especially when it was your own mistake and not another technician. Customers bring you their cars trusting you will do right by them financially and on the work you provide. Very awful experience and poor customer service from the owner. I hope no one else ever has to go through this.

My wife's alternator went out on a used car we recently purchased, and I found this place on Google. They had great reviews so I had the car towed directly to them. I got a comprehensive quote on what they wanted to replace and the labor charges that same day. The price sounded reasonable and they gave told me they would have my car fixed within the next 3 to 4 days. By the next day, they had already finished the work, and even stayed open an extra hour to finish the job. The car is running like a top now and I got it back from them in about 24 hrs. What more could you ask for!? The guy who did the work, a super nice guy named JR even cleaned up the wheels and thew some tire shine on them. Great service, highly recommended, and I will bring my future repairs there!

Have had multiple great experiences here, had a ford fiesta with multiple issues and they gave out free knowledge on how to fix it. Took in both of my cars a few times for tune ups, and both times the employees were right on it and very quick to get to the repairs, usually within a day. Got my car towed when my alternator and my water pump went out at the same time. Second they opened they started helping me and we super cool and nice about it all. Took them only a day and my car was fixed and running smooth again. For work on a 2002 Cadillac with a northstar V8 I am happy with how it all turned out. Customer service 10/10 Work ethic 10/10 Over all attitude 10/10

These guys are awesome! I came in to get my vehicle serviced and A/C recharge. It’s blowing ice cold again! I also got my Camaro tuned up and they fixed a lot of mistakes another “reputable” shop did. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else in Marysville!!
