Does not honor his 12 month warranty for parts or labor. Had a full pump installed. Fuel gauge wasnt working. Had to almost beg for a spot on his schedule for warranty. Finally got him to put me in his schedule. Got my RV with, same problem, Never fixed the issue texted him about it never got a responce.

This place is trash! Not only did they stiff us out of 2,000 dollars of not being able to fix the vehicle and having the odasity to say they are getting a part from the junkyard instead of buying the part. My vehicle has marking not only all over the car but THE SUN ROOF!! I WILL BE CALLING THE NEWS!!! just a detail Will cost me 2 or 3 hundred dollars. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE

Don't waste your time nor money. Marcos isn't a man of his word. I was asked to finance with them for a job on my truck and im honestly glad I didnt. My truck was in their shop for half a year at least and yet no work ever actually got done I got it back how I had brought it in. Cant keep their word and can't seem to do their job correct. Yet I paid everything fully upfront thinking they'll actually get things done however even then they couldn't get them to think "we got a fully paid vehicle let's actually get this done" for 5 months my vehicle was parked right behind autozone on Decatur and vegas dr. Horrible service..

Finding an honest mechanic with fair prices is really hard, especially in Vegas. I originally took my truck to another shop and was told it would cost $10–12k to fix and that I should just sell it to a “truck enthusiast.” That didn’t sound right at all. I came to Rancho Automotive and Tires and talked to Marco, and the experience was completely different. He actually took the time to diagnose the issue properly, explained what was going on, and had my truck running smoothly the same day. The price was nowhere near what the other shop quoted. Great communication, solid work, and no pressure or scare tactics. I’ll definitely be back for future work and would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest shop.
