Brought my truck in for an oil change. Technician walked out and says “your truck is smoking”. Fuel leak. Had he not seen it, who knows what could have happened. They couldn’t touch it. But I brought it back the next day repaired. They changed my oil and gave me a discount for coming back. Solid shop good people.

One of the places my husband trust for our oil change and updates on anything they notice on our vehicle. We've been going to them for over 3 years now. I love the text messages they send to remind us of oil changes or update me on anything that I may need for my car make, model and year. 3 months ago they told me that I had a mild leak. No extra charge but told me what it was and that i should fix it soon as well as what it may cost. They were not trying to get a sale because they would not be able to fix the issue but told me to be careful and fix it soon as to not make it worse. They were right! We had the car check by an outside source and it was exactly what they said it was.

I’ve been coming here for almost 5 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff is super friendly and informative. Jorge is the best, and he always remembers me. Prices are reasonable and they will not try to upsell you. The inspection they do is sent to your phone with pictures and descriptions so you know exactly what you are looking at. The free car wash is a nice touch as well. I would recommend this shop to anyone in the Rancho/Ontario area for your maintenance needs.

We have extended warranty through our dealer. We had a noise in the front end. I spoke with 3 different servicemen who said, "to check the brakes, it would cost 30 dollars and that fee gets applied too the deductible." Our deductible is $250. They also said if it wasn't a brake issue they'd have to diagnose it and that would cost $120 and be applied to the deductible. It ended up being a sensor that was loose and was inside the tire. Before I approved the repair, I reiterated that the repair would be $30 and It was confirmed. I approved the repair but when we went to pick up the car, they said the cost was $161. I asked why and repeated our previous conversations. Since it was a brake issue it should have cost us less. As it turns out, they never even tried to claim with our warranty coverage. There are more details that are just obvious that they were playing on words. NOT COOL!!!! We will not be coming here ever again and I'm reporting them to the warranty center. We got the Itty bitty sensor repaired because... we were already invested but never again.

I had to replace the coolant reservoir and the bottom coolant reservoir hose. I also had my oil changed 2 weeks ago on my Audi Q5 Sportback. Nestor took my car under his guidance expertise on diagnosing on any issues up keep. I left Rancho Express Lube confident satisfaction on my Audis up keep maintenance completion. I will be bringing in my Audi for services it needs. I can trust Nestor and his team of experts on keeping my car running smoothly and without leaving me stranded. I had a very disappointing experience with Rancho Express Lube regarding their complimentary car wash promotion. In January, I received an oil change and was told I would receive a complimentary car wash. Because it was raining that day, I was told to come back when the weather was better. I was never given a timeframe or expiration date. When I returned in February to redeem the voucher, I was told that once I picked up the voucher, I would have 24 hours to use it. Since I was at work that day, I declined and was told I could come back at a later time. The employee wrote “February 2026” on the slip since there was no specific date set. Today, when I returned to redeem the car wash, I was told I could not use it because the oil change was done in January. This was never explained to me previously. There was no expiration date communicated, and the written slip does not reflect any clear deadline. I am very disappointed in the lack of consistency and customer service. If promotions have time limits, they should be clearly stated upfront. I’ve been a customer, but this experience has made me reconsider returning.

Probably will not be coming back. I brought my car in for an oil change and trans. Flush. I didnt mind the wait time because i know i brought it on a weekend so they were busy. Upon making my appointment, online i mentioned both things. When i arrived, i told the advisor what i needed again. Once i got my car, only the oil change had been done. The advisor was apologetic and offered a complimentary car wash. The staff are nice, But it is an inconvenience. I shouldve stuck to my dealership from the beginning, it wouldve been cheaper there too

Rancho Express Lube is a great auto shop! They are super reliable, quick to respond and service a range of vehichles. I took my Range Rover here for service for the several years I had it and always left with it running better than before. I completely switched vehichles and now drive a 95 Chevy and they were able to run a super thorough inspection and give reasonable quotes for all the work needed. It is great to feel like no matter what vehichle I’m driving, the mechanics here are knowledgeable and always helpful, consistently giving awesome service. I don’t see myself using any other auto shop in the IE for my vehichle needs. Thank you and kudos to the great team at Rancho Express Lube!!!
