Jimmy has been amazing! My car has been giving me troubles. He figured out what was wrong with my car and fixed it in no time. Even explained the issues, showed me videos of the problem and kept me updated. My car is running much smoother and better! I’m very satisfied and glad I came here. Jimmy did a great job! After having some difficulty with an unnamed, large auto repair service; my car was experiencing some starting and stopping. I brought my car to Jimmy, at Randolph Auto Clinic. The whole time he was investigating the issue, he would call me or send me texts, pics and videos of what he was doing. Turns out, the large auto service company, where I had my oil change, had installed the incorrect oil filter. That, in turned caused a whole heap of trouble! Over $1400.00 worth of trouble! Needless to say, Jimmy let me know that he would take care of it. My car is back to performing the way it should! I have to admit, initially, when I thought of taking my car to Randolph Auto Clinic, I was told by relatives that they were just a tad pricey, but in all honesty, they are VERY THOROUGH! Also, when I priced the work elsewhere, it was comparable. So, to me, they were worth it! Thanks Jimmy!

Jimmy, the owner of RAC is amazing. Highly recommended. I brought my car to him, he diagnosed transmission and engine issues. He was open to talking to the dealership to inform them of the issues, and as a mechanic, the vehicle I had should not have been in this condition. He advocated for me in such a huge way that the dealership agreed to replace both. Jimmys level of communication was great, sending videos of the car and showing me each thing that was going wrong. I could not have asked for a better mechanic. I would highly recommend. He is a trusted mechanic for sure. It was by first time using him, and didn’t know him at all. Such a good guy and deserves 5 stars. I will use him for all my future car repairs.

DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. They tell you one price over the phone and once you get there it goes up!!! He took everything off my car…alternator, engine, belts, etc just for a diagnostic!!! Told me a price on the phone and I got there and the price went up. I didn’t want to go with him to fix my vehicle so he told me I had to pay $300 to put my stuff back in the car!! Ain’t no damn way you take all my stuff apart just for a diagnostic and I have to pay that much for YOU to put it back. I ain’t never been to a place where you took everything apart and don’t even put it back. I had to call Triple A to remove my vehicle because it was non drivable. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER GO TO THIS PLACE AND I ADVISE NO ONE GO THERE. He needs to be closed down period !!!

I knew nothing about this shop, my car broke down in this area, and we was direct to this shop and the owner Jimmy and his son was so understanding and so helpful they went above and beyond to fix my car, jimmy will even call to check in with to make sure your car is driving safe. I look forward to working with him in the future. The one shop I know that really does what you need done. It truly is an auto clinic for all cars. Thank you Jimmy!!
