Scott and his team did a phenomenal job with my car. The starter was making all kinds of crazy noises and they got it up and running in no time. In addition my breaks were super squealy. They figured out the problem and I haven’t heard an off sound since. I would highly recommend Scott Jasmer and his tram to anyone. They really do a great job!

I’ve used this company for years but the last couple times they’ve repaired our cars I have been extremely disappointed. The most recent “repair” is what put it over the top. Our car had some blown fuses after we put a new battery in. They were charging us $1000 to replace them when according to the Lexus dealership it was a 1 hour job and parts were around $80 so a total of maybe around $300. Rapid was quoting me $600 for labor and around $300 for parts. I never thought it would be cheaper to take it to a dealership. Well I ended up having it towed to the dealership and when it got there, they saw that our car had no battery (we had just put in a brand new $200 battery) and Rapid had damaged the fuse box. We ended having to pay even more for the damage Rapid had done in “repairing” our car. I’m super disappointed because like I said I have used these guys for quite awhile but now I just feel like they have ripped me off.

Didn’t get to see how their work is because they said they wouldn’t work on my car for few hours even when I set up an appointment. I told them beforehand that I live far and therefore need the repair for same day. They agreed but on the day of appointment, they told me to find another place because they were busy. I understand some repairs take time, but appointments are for that purpose and I made my time from a busy day too.

We have been customers for several years, and we won't go anywhere else! The convenience of having them pick up your car and bring it back is unbeatable! We trust Scott and his team to do the highest quality work for very reasonable prices. They take care to find the lowest prices on parts too! They will even tell you if something does not need to be fixed after all, even if you've already agreed to have it fixed. They are highly knowledgeable, honest, hard working, and know things about cars many other mechanics do not. We had our van worked on recently because it had been shaking for unknown reasons. After replacing a few broken parts the van was still shaking a lot. The mechanics at Rapid Onsite went above and beyond to figure out the unusual problem and they fixed it completely! We weren't charged at all the third time the car was brought in for the shaking problem. The world would be a better place if every car mechanic company was like Rapid Onsite :)

The best way to get your car fixed and checked. They come to you, take care of business and then bring it right back to you. This is by far the best experience I've had getting my car fixed. It definitely beats having to take your car somewhere and eat popcorn while you wait for several hours, after initially being quoted 45 minutes. With Rapid On Site, you can just go to work or be at home while they work on it. They even came to my work to look at it one time. Scott and his team are great to work with.

I will always use Rapid for all of my repairs on My 2021 Ford Bronco sport. I recently had an issue with my rear brakes squealing when in reverse. Took it to the dealership 4 times and they told me nothing was wrong. They said they "cleaned off the brakes due to brake dust" and called it good. Did not fix the problem, I called Rapid and explained the situation and their experienced techs Knew exactly what the problem was. They came to my work and fixed it without me having to take it anywhere and take time off. The best part was that it didn't cost me nearly as much as I thought it would! I've been taking my car to Scott for years now. He comes and picks up my car, fixes it up, and brings it back to me. This gives the team a chance to drive it and hear/see the issues the car has. They have always been fairly priced and they have easy payment options. I've used them for oil changes, radiator emergency, brakes, and struts, and I will continue to use them because of their awesome service. They call me "boss" and makes me feel like they are really working for my patronage. He has gone above and beyond for me as well. I needed to sell a car that wasn't passing emissions so he helped me find a buyer and helped with the sale without asking for a fee. He runs a really great business.
