I've been to several locations to look for my rims and they say they're going to call me back when my rims get to the store I have never received a call from any of the ones that I went to but when I came to this store they help me out right away I told them which rims that I wanted they didn't tell me which rims they like and I like that. They listened to me I ordered the rims that same day when they came in they called me and let me know they were there. Now that right there is very good customer services. I wish the other places were like this but unfortunately they're not I would recommend everyone coming to this location this is my first time coming here but it would not be my last I guarantee you that once again thank you. Now time for a cruise and show off my rims

I recently got a new set of rims & tires delivered here. The customer service is completely absent. My husband was trying to surprise me & put the rims on while I was asleep (I work nights). They refused to, even though he had a copy of the receipt & the address is the same as on his drivers license. They refused because the order was made in my name. So he had to wake me up & I had to go up there. When we arrived the guy behind the desk asked “did you want them put on the car?”. It’s included but obviously, yes. Dude was rude from start to end. They also didn’t balance my tires or put weights on the front because their TPMS machine wasn’t working so I still had to go to another location. Apparently we had got the wrong type of tires online (which is our fault) but the other location said this place should have told us & not even put them on. Go to the location off Naco. They’ll get you right !

The customer service is here ok. The first time my fiancée who os hispanic and i am white. They were outstanding!! I made an appt and waited two hours once i got there because the man was on break! I had an appt!! Another time more recently they told me to get there within an hour and then I was told the person putting rims on my car wasnt there. I had just got off a 9 hour shift. I waited and then they helped another gentleman BEFORE me who got there AFTER me. I waited three hours!! To get told the rims were the wrong size!! They are very helpful towards my fiancé but when I go in I wait and wait. I went right back in after to tell them my tire pressure light was on and no one came. The bell to notify someone came on. I kept saying hello? Hello? And then they acted irrational and annoyed that they had to help me. I do NOT recommend this place. I HATE this place and will go to a different RAW from now on. The just lost my business!!

Got a set of oversized tires from a friend, brought them here to get mounted, balanced and installed, great price for all 5 wheels, way lower than any of the peps or discounts or bigos. Only one tech available so ut took a bit longer than if two guys where going at it, but there was no wait so it worked out.

Called in a day before to go in and get wheels balanced and rotated. Appointment set at 10:30. Got there and doors were still locked. Called gentleman that answered said he didn't have a tech till noon. What was the point of the appointment then.

Amazing service here, I called needing a same day turn around to surprise my father. I called at 2:30pm, got there at 4pm and was out rolling with new rims at 5:30pm. Their inventory was exactly what I was looking for and he was ready to order new ones if they didn't have them in stock. I highly recommend them.
