I have been going since 2013... The customer service is impeccable! Their recommendations are spot on and are not after your money!!!! It is nice to have an auto place that feels like a friend helping you with your car, not a company. Nice waiting area with a nice stocked snack and drink machine. I really recommend this location to anyone looking for a dependable, responsible, and ethical mechanic. For not being a local, it is nice to have this place on our side :)

My father reached out to this place because his truck wouldn't start. They sent out 2 men to check his truck said it was the starter, they tried to give the battery (2 week old battery) a boost and the truck wouldn't start. When he called the manager, he wouldn't give him a price. He said they couldn't quote him a price but it was going to be expensive because they guarantee the work and that it's going to be done right. To avoid the $150 charge for them to tow, my dad called AAA. Triple A gave him a boost, checked the battery and the truck has been working since. Baumann should be ashamed for taking advantage of people specifically Seniors who live on SS only.

Customers Beware! If I could put negative stars I would. My father took his truck there after it was broken in to and they tried to steal it. Ignition locked was punched and needed a new door lock replaced. Filed insurance claim so the business was going through insurance to complete repairs. Repairs were taking 4-6 weeks due to "parts shipping delays". Fast forward to completion and he received a call that the business was broken into and they bored our a hole in the gas tank to steal the gas. Told it would be added onto insurance claim. That's number 1. Why do we have to submit the claim for something that happened on their property? Shouldn't they take care of that through there own property insurance? Anyways...they replaced the gas tank and my father was told to come pick up. Started getting calls from a tech from Baumann saying we owed them for repair's told them they were supposed to go through insurance. We've already paid the insurance on these repairs why would we pay again. Number 2. Now my father is receiving threatening calls and messages cussing my elderly father out from the tech to "WATCH OUR BACKS! THAT WE OWE AND IF WE DON'T PAY HE WAS GOING TO LOSE HIS JOB. NOT TO BE SURPRISED IF OUR HOUSE BURNS DOWN OR OUR TRUCK GETS BLOWN UP!" We have the recorded messages from the tech coming from their business phone line with all of this. We'll be filing federal charges for the threats made on my family and home. Consumers beware!!!

This people deserve zero star but unfortunately there is no option to do that, don’t take your car to this people, they are unprofessional and pricey. Don’t trust these people always get another mechanic advice before you go to this shop.

I left a 5 star review last year, **** I SADLY HAVE TO EDIT MY REVIEW!!!**** I took my VW CC in to have some electrical diagnostics done. I told Toby on the phone that I had the battery checked and it was good. The very first thing they did was take the battery out and replace it without even checking it! They wanted to charge me over $300 for that! First of all, I told them the battery was good. Secondly, if it wasn’t, it was still under replacement warranty. I could’ve taken it back to the place I bought it and had it replaced for free. Thirdly I don’t need to pay somebody over $100 worth of labor to put a battery in, I can do that myself. I didn’t send it there to have a battery put it. I sent it there to have electrical diagnostics done. They did not even call before they did that work, they just took it upon themselves to do it and then try to charge me over $300 for a new battery & labor to install that battery. Full disclosure, they did give me $100 off of the total bill that was around $340. I ended up paying, out of my pocket, $240 for a battery that had been tested and was STILL GOOD. A battery that I did NOT NEED. A battery that was still under REPLACEMENT WARRANTY. I could not believe it. If they’re willing to do that to a customer that they know by first name and has been going there for years, what are they willing to do to a customer that just walked in off the street?

I am very thankful for the people who work at the shop. I’ve never had a shop that I trusted like my mother did growing up. I’ve always had friends who were mechanics, but without a shop, they lack the professionalism, and detail which the shop was able to provide. I had a lot of work to do on my Subaru, and I was not able to afford it all at this time, but by understanding what I needed to do, I was able to not have to sell my car. Thank you!

I've been going to Baumann Auto Repair for years now, and they've always been fantastic. They're honest, reliable, and always willing to explain things in plain English for me. I recently had a weird noise coming from my car, (my gas tank was farting) and they quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it without any hassle. If you need quality auto repair and great customer service you have come to the right place!! Toby and crew have done a phenomenal job of taking care of my mustang, the pricing for a change of battery was cheaper than other shops around ($214 was the price being asked for the battery and labor, you did it for $175) and the quality of work was superb! You have definitely won me over as a returning customer in the future, loved seeing you work on classic cars as well! For others, do business with this company and check them out! **also** for military customers like myself, loved the fact that you support reservist and national guards to serve, and have a job to comeback to, that says alot about a business! A+✔ and 10% off Active Duty (except for tires, and batterys) just let them know!

Awesome/Accurate live diagnostics and interpretation by James. After running diagnostics, James took the time to walk me through and explain each technical issue and associated ramifications. He answered every question I had to my satisfaction, all the while speaking to me in layman's terms that I could understand and avoided complex technical jargon. In the end, he solved/fixed all my vehicles' issues at a price that I could afford. Excellent customer service from beginning to end. This shop is a hidden gem.

Once again, these guys are awesome! They've helped me out with quite a number of things over the years and have always been fantastic. James is amazing - very open and honest about the work and even stayed open late so I'd have my car for the weekend. These guys know what they’re doing this is a straight up honest mechanic facility that you can trust they will let you know exactly what’s wrong with your vehicle. They don’t have time to mess around and mislead you I guarantee you they’ll get it done or you can try to take it to the dealer and see what they cost with all the bull crap service fee they charge you

Great and fast service. Skip the dealership! :D I came here years ago for my 2011 Dodge Avenger and the issue got fixed right away with reasonable prices!
