As a first time customer I based my decision to try Babcock Automotive based on their great reviews. I needed some work done on my work beater Honda that I couldn’t do myself. Chad helped me get checked in, I told him about my concerns, and I left the key at the counter. I expected the guys to need my car for a couple days at least. Only a few hours later Chad called to tell me that my Honda was ready. I am completely satisfied with my initial experience, and everyone was very professional. I appreciate the first rate service! After having a few auto shops try to fix my truck that keep going to limp mode (a safety feature) the could not figure it out.So as a last resort my aunt had been using Babcock Automotive a few times and recommended them.I brought it in and let them take a crack at it .To my surprise they fixed it that same week.It had the problem for more than a year and still can’t believe it’s fixed.

I originally took my car to one of those quick oil change places where you don't have to get out of the car. By the next day, my engine light was on so I returned there to have them say there was an issue with the oxygen sensor (something they could not fix). I went to Babcock Automotive to get it checked out. It turns out, in that service company's haste to get me out of their bay ASAP they unplugged something. BA did the quick fix and sent me on my way. I vow to only bring my car here for service and will not stop at those quick places again.

I took my 2022 Silverado 1500 Duramax for an oil change. The oil drain plug on this was already stripped and the gentlemen at the front desk informed me that it's tricky to get the stripped nut out as the oil pan is aluminum and requires more work than a simple oil change. Eventually, they were able to get it out and put in the replacement Dsnaduo Stainless Steel Magnetic Oil Drain Plug that I had got. They also changed my oil and charged me very reasonably for the work. Highly recommend their work.

They replaced compressor in my KIA. KIA works like new. A different car had body work done in a DIFFERENT body shop and was given back to us with a loud noise indicated something wrong. Babcock Automotive diagnosed the problem and corrected wrong installation of a sway bar by the previous shop. Car runs perfect now. Thank you Babcock Automotive!

If I could leave 10 stars I would! Chad and his team are ROCK STARS! I work in Home Health & Hospice so my care is my office. The had my VW Atlas up and running in 48 hours! The dealerships needed to keep it 2-3 days just to run diagnostics. They are HONEST AND QUICK! They are reasonably priced too! They are my LIFETIME CAR CARE PEOPLE! The first cylinder went out then the hood cable busted.
