Finding a mechanic is like finding a doctor… you want to find the right one because they’re basically dealing with your life. You are entrusting them to repair your vehicle properly, that you or your family drive on a daily. You want to find someone that cares, takes their time, explains everything (why you need what you need), is upfront about cost, gives you options, and treats you kindly. Kerry and John (Kingdom Auto Repair Service) are just that. 🙏🏽 My son’s truck’s “Check Engine Soon” came on. I searched, read lots of reviews and happened to come across their shop. They got us in the same day I called. They gave us a DX plan and we went forward with what they recommended. Through the whole repair process Kerry communicated with me, sent picture and videos explained to me what I was looking at and what not, which was so great, I truly appreciate that. We’ve been driving it all over. Our son and my husband say that the truck runs smoother and sounds better. UPDATE: I can unfortunately no longer give a great review. I was charged for rear brake and rotor replacement and provided them my own purchased equipment. I recently removed the rear tires to find that they left the old brake rotors on and kept the new rotors I provided. Sucks to be taken advantage of, but lesson learned. Original post: This was our first time taking a vehicle to Kingdom for repairs. John and Carrie provided a convenient online quote and performed the agreed upon service very quickly. My car shut off on 1604 and USAA recommended my car be taken here based on the location. It was obvious that my Serpentine belt had snapped however I was really worried that my alternator was also shot. They could have easily taken advantage of me but did not.
