Got there waited for 15 min for them to say they will help … finally got the inspection started a friend of them got there, then they helped him fist and then me total 1 hr. To get the inspection sticker not professional at all and rude customer service

Came here for my car to be inspected and had to stand around and wait about 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge me and ask what I needed help with. A lady came in after me who they knew and immediately helped her. It was just annoying. Once I was greeted and helped it went pretty quick.

terrible service! worst ever ! i went in for a vehicle inspection. i told them and the owner what i was there for but the owner just kept walking around and ignoring me. after a while there were 4 of us all waiting. he just kept walking around looking at us once in a while. the guys there waiting with me told me that he does that a lot. But not to say anything because he will run you off! he did one inspection then again walked around ignoring the rest of us. then he did one more and just sat in a car and on the phone. then a woman in a vehicle showed up and he went and spoke to her for a long while, still ignoring the rest of us. it ended up taking about 45 minutes for him to finally acknowledge me and inspect my vehicle. I WILL NEVER EVER STEP FOOT AT THIS PLACE AGAIN! and i encourage others to steer away from this arrogant person!

I was once a committed customer until recent events unfolded. Bill Montemayor and his team repaired my 2014 Toyota Corolla S. The job on it was up to par with what I expected although the wiper cowl was still damaged, the windshield sealant was obviously over applied, and there were, what appeared to be, a few grains of dirt in the paint job. He did save me on my deductible so I didn't feel the need to point it out or complain. It took he and his team 6 WEEKS to complete the repairs on my car, which is more than what I had expected. Bill, acknowledged the length of time to be outside the normal repair time and agreed to pay any of the overages/fees that were charged by the rental agency that I had rented the vehicle from. At the time, I didn't find it necessary to get the agreement in writing as Bill had kept to his word thus far. A few days after he had completed the job, Bill had requested that I meet him at a financial institution to endorse the check so he can receive payment. I was at work but I felt that I owed him my time and drove across town to meet him. When I arrived at the financial institution, there was an unforeseen roadblock that prevented the financial transaction from moving any further. Bill asked if I wouldn't mind going with him to another financial institution and I obliged. Keep in mind that I was still on the clock during this time. After the financial transaction was taken care of I returned to work. Fast forward to a more current time and I find myself on the phone with Bill because the rental agency charged me for all the overages/fees. I reached out to Bill to find out what had taken place between the rental agency and himself. He said that they only contacted him once but there was never an attempt to set up payment. Bill apologized for the incident and agreed to write a letter that stated he will take care of the charges so I could send a letter of dispute. Almost a full month has past and I've yet to receive said letter. I've called and have sent several emails. Nothing. I'd like to think Bill is a man of his word but after this, I'm not so sure. The least I would've expected was for him to write a short letter. After all, I did go out of my way for him. I don't think I'm expecting too much by desiring the same.

I am still very upset at how the business owner treated me months back. I dropped by their shop three times to see the progress... nothing. Had been done to it so after waiting 3 weeks for my car to be repaired and asked about it; Bill got very upset and drove my truck off his lot and parked it way off his property. He was very unprofessional and was completely at fault for acting that way. I no longer recommend his shop nor make an effort to drive clear across town to bring him my business. Go somewhere else, you’ll be better off.

I’m a mechanic and I went to this shop to request a quote for timing chain replacement and I was surprised to see how the owner of this place first tried to add more work other than the timing chain replacement. Then before he gave me the quote he said that this job involves a lot of work and just the labor was going to be close to a grand. It is basically impossible to find an honest mechanic. I feel bad for the people that are not aware of what people like this can do to scam you out. ☹️

Water pump took a shit on my Infiniti and it was connected to timing chain. These guys handled it professionally and amazingly and also Replaced all gaskets and seals with oem parts that he had to drive to dealership outside 1604 and he didn’t charge me more Than he quoted even tho it required more parts and labor. Very honest and committed to doing repairs to spec. Would come back again 10/10
