I have never had such unprofessional and rude costumer service. I'm looking at buying a truck here in San Antonio. The original owner had quit a few big mechanical things fixed on the truck. The guy that owns it can't remember who did the work so I was just calling around seeing if they had worked on this truck. The man that answered was extremely rude. My husband and I are moving from Utah to San Antonio this year and will remember to never go here. They have lost us as potential customers before we are even in Texas.

I went to these guys twice now. Once for my alternator that need to be replaced,and recently for my intake manifold. Both times the work and the customer service is incredible. Jason who works at the desk is a cool dude, he explains everything to you in layman terms . If anybody is looking for a shop you can go to for years Auto Service Experts is your place to be.

Summers in Texas can be brutal. And without A/C, things can get pretty bad out there. But Jason and his mechanic really came through for me. Since I all I needed was a vacuum and a Freon charge to my A/C system, they hooked up my truck & had me going in the time it took me to have a quick lunch a few doors down. Professional AND friendly at the same time. Very up-front and on target with cost estimate and time of completion. With the possibility of being transferred by my employer to S.A., will DEFINITELY call on Auto Service Experts #2 again.

Visiting San Antonio from out of town and immediately had several bad experiences before calling Jason. I explained I was in a tough position because we are here adopting a baby and he went out of his way to move fast on repairing my truck. Even worked till 9pm the day before Thanksgiving to get me finished. Also was $350 cheaper than the previous place. A+ job. Thanks man.

If you have any car problems what so ever you must go to auto service exerts, these guys know there stuff plus they have all the cool machinery to fix any problem your car can throw at you. Jason the owner is professional and honest his pricing is never the most expensive you pay for what you get plus more! They also do free a/c checks! they can provide a tow if you can't get your car to them also that was convienent. All in all i am one happy customer who will be returning as soon as my next oil change is do b/c they have super low prices on oil changes also!! they are located right next to an auto zone so parts are always close by as well.

Ok so I took my minivan in for what I was sure was transmission issues. When I explained it to the staff they agreed it could be transmission issues. However after doing multiple tests they couldn’t get it to replicate my problems and suggested no repairs. I’m giving this background to say a less honest repair shop could have taken advantage of this situation but these guys did not. I ended up getting my brakes done with them at the same visit which I knew going in needed to be fixed.... Fast service , honest, kept in communication and fair prices. I’ll be coming back for sure.

Honest and friendly service. Will never try to sell you something you don't need. I've been bringing my cars here for the last 5 years or so, and they're the only place in SA I trust with my vehicles. I brought them an older car with a bad transmission at one point....Jason quoted me the fix (close to 2K with labor and parts) and told me that it was probably not worth putting that much money into a car that old because there would just be more problems that popped up. Instead of being pushy or trying to get the big money job, Jason told me what was best for me. Best auto shop in SA.

I took my F150 in to replace a bad high pressure power steering hose late Monday afternoon and it was ready to go early Tuesday afternoon. I had called around for quotes but this shop gave me the most reasonable price with parts and labor included. While I was there we noticed that the stop lights and rear blinkers were not working. Sheldon and Andrew traced the problem and replaced a bad fuse at no extra charge. I will be taking my truck bad for other repairs.

I was on my way back to San Antonio when my car started leaking gas, I had to pull over and get a tow truck to come bring my car back to my apartment. Since I just moved here I had no idea who I could bring my car too and not have to pay a arm and a leg to fix it. So I went to Google and read some reviews and liked what I heard about this place. I called up and Jason answered the phone, he was very nice and helpful. Jason told me even if me and my bf didn't make it to them before they closed just to leave the keys in the drop box and he would leave a note for Monday's crew of guys so they would know what was up with my car. So on Monday morning I called them and was just making sure Jason really had left the note about what was wrong with my car. Which Jason really did leave a note and they was looking at it right now. Later on they called me informing me they had finished and explained to me what had happen with my car in a way I understood. It cost me $48 dollars for them to fix my car, I was waiting for the worst news but it turned out great. They even informed me that I needed to get my wheel bearing fixed very soon as well. Which when I am able to afford it in about two weeks I will be bringing my car back to them because they are very great workers who know what they are doing. Top notch place to bring your car, and if your a woman who wants to be respected and not talked down to like your dumb for not know cars this is he place, the guys do not treat you like dumb bimbos at all. They will explain things in a way you get so you know what they are doing with your car. Great place! :)

These guys are the real deal. They won't rip you off like the others. I always recommend people to go here, some do and some don't. But if you don't that's your loss. Master Mechanic Jason is an awesome guy. Example: If you are having problems with your tires these guys won't tell you it's the Axle. They will tell you where you can go to get your tires fixed. I'm a customer or should I say a member for life. #5 years and counting. By the way my car runs awesome courtesy of Auto Service Experts #2.

My van had a bent axle and needed new engine mounts. Midas had given me a quote, but my parents suggested I Google "best mechanic in San Antonio", and I saw Auto Service Experts #2 had great ratings, so I gave them a call. They told me I could bring my Midas quote in, and the could give me a free quote based on the Midas quote. When I got to the store, I talked to Jason, the owner. I gave him my quote, and waited while he looked up parts, etc. He told me Midas had actually given me a fair price, but that he would do the whole thing including tax, for about $300 less!!! I dropped my van off on a Sat., and it was done by Mon. afternoon. Unfortunately, my husband was only in town for the weekend, and all of the car rental places were sold out because it was Thanksgiving Holiday week. I looked up cab rides online, it would have been a $75 cab ride (I live on the far west side). When Jason called me to tell me the van was ready, I explained my situation, and offered him $30 gas money if he could pick me up and take me to his shop. He said he could drive my van to pick me up, and it wouldn't cost him any gas money at all, for free! He took time out of his day to pick me and my son up (we live about 40 min from his shop), all at no extra charge, he was a lifesaver. He even offered to drive on the way back to the shop! I honestly can't remember the last time I had such great customer service! He now has a customer for life!!! Oh, and the van runs great!

Having car issues is stressful enough. But trying to find a place with a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and friendly staff can be overwhelming and seems almost impossible. But I found just such a shop! I recently took my vehicle into Auto Service Experts. I knew I had a few different problems going on with my car and I was afraid I was going to have to go to a few other shops as well. However, I was pleasantly surprised the automotive specialists at ASE could correct them ALL...quickly. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Reasonable prices for the quality of work. The guys there really cared and made sure all my issues were resolved. And a huge plus in my book... Jason never made me feel dumb when I asked questions. He was so patient with my inquiries. Jason took the time to explain things & show me how they work. Love the central location and clean waiting area. So thankful to feel safe on the road again with a reliable vehicle. My car is running better than it has in years! Definitely a lifelong customer. Auto Services Experts will be taking care of all my other vehicles’ needs as well. Get your car there and get it up and running correctly by some of the top mechanics in the city!

I backed out of a parking spot & heard a loud scraping of something being pulled off my car! I got off to see & it looked like my whole front under bumper had been pulled down. It was dragging on the street. The first auto repair shop I immediately saw was Auto Service Experts. I went in & got to talking to the guy at the counter, Jason "Baby J" while I was waiting. He was so personable, easy to talk to & entertaining. He is also very humble as he never mentioned he was the owner (i only overheard him on the phone). This humbleness of his made me feel as though he was very honest & trustworthy which is so important when having your car worked on. Did I mention he was getting ready to close & didn't even make mention of it Especially for being a Friday evening! Jason then let his employee leave at closing time & completed the work on my car I had already appreciated all that Jason had done. Then I asked him (after he finished) a seperate question about the liner in my trunk falling... he immediately said "I think I have something for that" & then came out with a box of clips & checked to see if any fit... they did and he fixed that for me as well (as a favour) Granted these weren't large, major repairs but the kindness, courtesy & professionalism Jason "Baby J" showed to me had me leaving Auto Service Experts knowing this will be the only place I will bring my car from now on when it needs anything!! When I think of Auto Service Experts I think of honesty, friendliness. humility, integrity & pride in workmanship. Thank you Jason, it was such a pleasure meeting you & your business!

Thanks for the great work! I have used this shop many times through out the years, when I had my Infinity these guys saved me a ton of money compared to taking my car to the dealership. This shop has been my go to place anytime I needed a quick oil change but would also trust them with any of my cars maintenance needs. Anytime I have had to speak to the mechanics here about problems with my car you can really tell they are experienced and care about their customers. I will definitely be returning to this shop in the future!

I was tremendously Overcharged for mechanic work not done on my car. They provided no clear communication of next steps to take and about the price of the labor and the pricing of car parts I would need to complete the auto work. I feel like I got bamboozled and screwed out of my money. I totally Wasted money and my car is still NOT fixed. I could've just taken my car to the Ford Dealership to be serviced. Do better Auto Pro's these guys are unprofessional. I am a Very Dissatisfied at the customer service and treatment I received by mechanics.
