I’ve taken my truck and my mom’s SUV there. Both times Bruce and his team diagnosed the issues accurately and fixed quickly at a very reasonable price. Much cheaper than the dealership. Hope I don’t have more vehicle issues, but if I do Bruce will be who I trust with the repair!

I was recommended to Jackie’s for a crank problem. I dropped my car off Thursday night in hopes that Friday it would be fixed. Unfortunately, they were not able to repair or diagnose my car which is understandable. The mechanics are amazing however, the owner is irritating. I had to call a few times to get an update from him, and was told when I came in to pick up my vehicle (which should have been ready around 530) we would discuss the issue. I got there at 5-510 and the office was closed and the owner was no where to be found. The mechanics on site told me that Bruce (owner) was supposed to call me to let me know my car would not be ready, he was also supposed to call with any updated regarding my car which did not happen; I had to reach out to him. Again the mechanics, except the owner, amazing.

This is by far one of the best auto mechanics I have ever had. Bruce and his crew will make sure things are done right, and will be diligent in finding your car problems. If anything needs rechecked they will make it right. They have went above and beyond for me many times. If your looking for good prices and a mechanic with solid integrity, this is your shop.

Bruce is a down- to- earth guy. I had never heard of his shop before, I just happened to be passing by after my car had stalled at the grocery store. We stopped to talk to him about our car and he promptly helped us take our car out of there and brought it back to his shop at a reasonable price. His guys always kept me up to date with everything and despite the holidays my car was up and going sooner than I thought. It was a blessing to find him. I highly recommend him if you are looking for an honest, knowledgeable mechanic. You will not disappointed. Thank you Bruce❤

You never feel good about spending money on a car problem, but it sure helps when you get the type of customer service offered by Bruce and his team. He came in with a significantly lower quote than the competitor. The mechanics are all respectful, cool folks, and Bruce takes time to thoroughly explain his process. He'll also take a look at bids from other mechanic's and explain his work and his pricing. Honest work, kind people, and a charming little shop. Wish I would have known about them sooner.

Meant to leave a review a while back, but I had a low mileage 03 silverado that I sent to have looked over and to have any issues taken car of. Jackie was honest and did not try to up-sale me on anything it did not need. Showed what I needed, I ordered the parts, and they installed them. I highly recommend this shop for any mechanical needs, especially if you're not sure what is wrong with your vehicle. I trust this shop 100%

Bruce is honest & friendly. He took my son’s car, tested for two days for a bleed on the battery. Arranged for the battery to be warrantee replaced, which was purchased elsewhere. He charged me nothing. Has charged me fairly for the last two years of work on my car & truck. I miss Jackie, his mom, but Bruce has a way about him that is both vulnerable & tough. I simply like him a lot. But more importantly, his team’s work on my car is professional & excellent & everybody is friendly & helpful. They clearly like being there.

Jackie's was a fantastic repair shop! Bruce and his employees were extremely knowledgeable. I needed work on both of my cars at the same time. One was ready THE NEXT DAY and the other was ready the following day. Service was EXCELLENT and price was absolutely FAIR and reasonable. Location was tucked away, but easy to get to. Bruce and his team got my car in and out the same day for brake and rotor replacement. They checked my fluids and tire pressure as part of their routine care. They did not try to oversell or suggest work that wasn't necessary. I'm glad to have finally found a mechanic for all of my vehicle maintenance and repair needs. We will most assuredly be back.

Took my car to get AC compressor checked, the mechanic only added oil to compressor and antifreeze… payed $88. Car kept being the same.. making noise and it wasn’t cooling. My son(2YEAR OLD) and I were extremely hot inside car. Called Friday for an estimate for the compressor and Bruce said total to change AC compressor would be 1,300.. i understand compressor is expensive + labor but I feel 1,300 is way to much. Took my car to another mechanic for second opinion and he said the mechanic at Bruce shop flooded the compressor with oil, meaning he added way too much oil to compresor. I wanted to give a try to this shop since it had a lot of good reviews. As a first time customer I will not be coming back here and I hope to get my $88 back because I wasn’t satisfied at all.

I’ve used Jackie’s Auto Clinic several times for my auto maintenance and repairs. Bruce and his team of mechanics are the best. They will quickly diagnose the issue and give you an honest explanation of what needs to be fixed. There has been several times where I went to other shops and was told that various items needed to be replaced, only to take it to Jackie’s Auto Clinic and have Bruce and his mechanics actually show me that my current parts still have plenty of life, saving me tons of cash. That kind of honesty and integrity has made me a lifelong customer. All of his mechanics are stand up guys with tons of knowledge and patience and have always taken the time to walk me through their final repairs. Go see them and talk with Bruce, he’ll take care of your auto repair needs.

Bruce and his staff are awesome!! They are honest and trustworthy and they do great work and get it done fast!! Very friendly and welcoming. As a female, I often feel like I’m being oversold or taken advantage of when it comes to auto repair which leads to me having to call my dad to handle all the talking, when I took my suburban in to Jackie’s, for the first time I didn’t have to have my dad handle it, I felt confident in what I was being told and felt like everything was being handled honestly and fair. It helped that I had done some research on the problem prior to as well, just confirming the feeling that I could trust what they were saying. I will absolutely return for future car servicing and have already recommended them to a handful of people and will continue to. Lucky for me, Jackie’s Auto Shop is in my neighborhood, that being said, I often walk my dogs past his shop and can see that they are always busy busy busy and working hard everyday, I can only imagine others trust this shop and their employees just as much as I do! Thanks for taking the weight of feeling like my car was about to kick the bucket, off my shoulders!! New water hose and she’s back to new ( well as new as a 20+ yr old vehicle can be 😅😉)

I brought in my vehicle for a coolant leak from a bad water pump. Originally, I was quoted over $2,000 to repair that and replace my motor mounts. When I picked up my car to pay, they told me it’s going to be much less because they ended up not needing to replace the motor mounts and just needed to replace some bolts. I was surprised at their honesty because I feel most shops would have gone along with it to make the money and I would have never known. It’s obvious why they’ve been in business for as long as they have. Thank you again for the repair and thank you for your honest service!
