My truck had a complex problem that generated several codes. The first shop I took it to couldn’t fix it. I then took it to R&S. They put in time and effort and found a burnt section of the wiring harness (approx 3”) and repaired the damage. They saved me a ton of money. Fair pricing, good work, excellent service. I recommend the shop.

Super pleased with the work that these guys did I’m from Dallas, Texas and I was looking around and went to a couple shops and no one would attend me. I seen the shop online and when I got there, it looked pretty packed. There was maybe about 20 cars there so I wasn’t sure if they were gonna be able to squeeze me in but they did And they manage to do a wonderful job. Help me fix the problem plus help me With some other issues that I had with my truck i’m super glad I got to work with them. Mr. Ray and his son was super helpful they keep me informed and in the loop about everything Honestly, I super recommend this auto shop nice honest and trustworthy people definitely coming back.

Went it with my truck not running when I left it ran for about 5 miles and stopped i almost didn't make it back to shop. Forced me to pay retrieve my vehicle even tho repairs made didn't fix my problem, they jumped from a price off 800 to 5800 for repairs even tho they had inspected prior to making repairs. Do not recommend!

The experience I had at Ray & Sergio’s auto shop was one of the best, if not the best, I’ve had in a long time! I called to get the regulator replaced on my passenger side window and they took care of it in less than an hour! My mechanic was Thomas and he did a great job. Best experience at this shop, Ray Ramos was very helpful & kept me informed every step of the way, I took my truck in due to it shaking at higher speeds & also wanted to get my suspension done. He found the fix on the shaking right away which he resolved & also took care of my suspension big prop to him, I love the way they do business. 💪🏽
