Won't go anywhere else! This is a family owned business and they treat you like family. They remember my name and cars, treat me with respect, talk with me about repairs, have fair prices, and wash the outside of your car for free! Reason for 4 stairs instead if 5? Their waiting room could use an update(chairs have no cushion, no music or tv or wi-fi, nothing for kids, and no refreshments). They do offer you a ride if they are available and have free loner cars if available for overnight fixes (BUT beware these cars are old and not nice but they'll get you where you need to go)

First I'd just like too say thank you for being able too get me in. 3 other shops said it would be 2 days before they could even look at my car. However they got my car in and altinator changed fast. Was pricey, but what isn't now adays. Greatly appreciate yall. However the business hours are not correct. It says your open till 7. But at 430 your doors were locked. Had to wait till the next day. But all in all. I'll come back for future repairs!

I took my 2020 Suburban in at 7:45 told Randy my concerns, by 9:30 They had diagnosed and recommended repairs and estimates. 12:30 that afternoon they had my vehicle back in service. I needed both window regulators repaired or replaced on my 2012 Fiat Abarth. There are not alot of Fiat repair specialist. I googled Fiat repair and Auto works(as well as a few additional shops popped up. I called the shop and surprisingly I reached the owner. I explained to him what I needed. He told me to bring it in. He told me they ere closing early for training however he said he would wait until I arrived. They are closing at 4pm I didn't get there until 4:45. The owner met me at the door and reassured me that they would do a diagnostic inspection along with a pricing break down. I was hesitant about the pricing. I didn't want to see a bill for "special air" in my tires. Auto works were fair and efficient. The cost was the cost. No hidden fees or surprises. I will be a long time customer of Auto Works. Thank you Randy and the crew at Auto works.

I have been going to AutoWorks for years. They are always professional and take the time to listen to my concerns about the vehicle and my budget. My last repair was for brakes. I dropped off my vehicle in the morning and had it back by noon. They kept me informed of what was needed and costs before repairs were completed. I love that they send me pics of the needed repairs to ensure we are all on the same page. I ALWAYS recommend them to my friends and family. They opened up on time as their hours stated, and were very professional in their taking my vehicle in on a sudden notice early Monday morning when they opened, have kept me informed of every step they took to diagnose my vehicle via telephone call, and text message where I can see video footage and descriptions of all that was conducted regarding my vehicle I'd say they are very professional in demeanor and work ethic. Brought my 65 Impala here roughly in 2015 or so and they did great work back then and is why I chose them recently to diagnose my truck.

I called to see if I could get a second opinion for an auto repair. His shop was too busy to take my car in, but he still went out of his way to provide excellent customer service. He informed me of additional sources that could assist me. He could have simply told me his shop was full and said have a great day, but he was gracious enough to go above and beyond. I can definitely understand why he is so busy. I would definitely recommend this auto shop.
