Very poor experience. I brought my car in for low tire pressure on the driver side (front and back) and clearly asked them to replace the valve stems only, not the sensors. I even said I didn’t mind the warning light as long as the air leak was fixed. After a week, the same tires are still losing air, and now they’re claiming I said something completely different. On top of that, they damaged a sensor on the rear passenger tire and now want $70 for me to fix it. Bad communication, bad work, no responsibility. Never going back.

The best place I have been to the most honest and honorable Shop in San Antonio Antonio. Make sure that you speak to Mr. Chris at the front desk. This man literally saved me hundreds and hundreds of dollars while I was given all the wrong information by other store owners and stuff. This guy particularly handed out to me the exact problem with the help of his teammate, of course and I was able to save a lot of money this shows that an honest business still exist and if you have any problems with your car, make sure you come to Son auto service. They will take care of you and make sure you speak to Chris.

I’ve been going to sun auto for all my mechanical needs for years. The technicians are knowledgeable and efficient. But one man in particular is the reason I trust my car repairs to sun auto. I’ve been a customer of SunAuto for several years and have been pleased with their work and professionalism. The manager I have always dealt with was Steve Reynosa. He always treats his clients with respect and honesty which speaks volumes in the auto industry. He is a person who has integrity and can be trusted with all of your auto needs. I have sent many customers to SunAuto because of Steve. I was sadden when he left the Heubner location which was only 5 minutes from my home and moved to the West location. But I will travel the extra miles and time to have my auto needs met by someone I can totally trust without exception. I have also notified my friends. Ever since Steve left the Heubner location I refuse to do business at that location. In my personal view Richard the manager who is now there, cannot be trusted, and has been caught in several untrue statements concerning my auto needs in the past. I’ve been a Sun Auto customer, but this location lost my trust. I confirmed the oil change price the day before, yet when I came in with a $15 coupon, they raised the service price by $15, canceling the discount. When I questioned it later, the manager said prices had gone up and offered a $15 store credit instead of refunding the overcharge. They also claimed all my tires needed replacement, even though three had 6/32" tread. Note that the invoice showed lower tread than their own photos. I can’t return to a shop that changes pricing and misrepresents my car condition for their profit.
