Never bring your car to this place!! My car was there for less than 24 hours and parts where missing from my car that were there before it was dropped off. If you decide to take your car elsewhere they will charge you $400 for it. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else.

Horrible service Stuff missing from my vehicle, it sat there for about two months it got dropped off and the alignment was off bad it had scratches and dents in places my vehicle wasn't even damaged. Worst experience ever ! Wish I read the reviews before taking my car there ! Then man who worked on my car was forever on lunch or break so updates for my car were almost impossible this shop is sorry! Isn't even worthy of a star

Went to get things out of my totaled vehicle, manager John Montez was rude and snapped at me when asking the repair shop's hours (as these are somehow different than the rest of the shop?) I called him on snapping at me, asked him for his information and his boss', he screamed at me to leave and threatened to "kick my ass", a story so crazy I myself can't believe it's true. I will find out who your boss is John Montez, and they will be finding out about this, I won't be treated like that without recourse, you deserve to lose your job, you have zero clue what customer service is, maybe losing your livelihood will teach you.

They charged a full day when the car was there for 2 hours. Friday did not answer our calls and of course they are closed on the weekend. Before you know it, it ends up costing $600 for our totaled car that we don't even want... These people are scammers and very rude. I Would rate 0 stars if I could. Avoid this place at all costs.

This shop is nothing but a SCAM and LIARS took my 98 Chevy truck in for repairs and it sat for ALMOST 2 MONTHS before doing anything dropped off truck 3-11-24 finally pulled truck out 5-8-24 was charged 1800 for storage alone then was charged 1731.00 for a full frame that was completely JUNK and Chris says he taught people how to repair frames but he told my insurance company that the frame they received was good obviously he doesn't know how to look at a frame and see if its any good I took the frame to 2 different shops THEY BOTH LAUGHED and said this frame is JUNK TRASH the frame had been welded on frt frame horns had been heated up from trying to repair from being in an accident the rear crossmembers were broken and the complete frame had SEVERE RUST DAMAGE both shops said that if the shop couldn't see this then they don't know what there doing anyone need a 1700.00 dollar yard ornament worst shop in San Antonio hands down then not to mention Chris likes to yell and cuss at customers they NEVER I SAID NEVER CALLED ME TO UPDATE ME ONCE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP. So just to be clear this was my experience with this supposedly body shop

I was sent to I-10 Collision by North Star Dodge for a warranty repair on my RAM. The quality of service I received from the staff was outstanding. Each staff member I spoke with listened to my concerns, answered every question I had and ensured I was completely satisfied with the services performed. The quality of the repair was phenomenal. The new tailgate, paint job, decal and emblem swap looks and performs like it did the day I drove it off the dealer lot. Solid Work! The paint shop was nice enough to touch up a couple of small paint chips and door dings around the vehicle with the extra paint at no charge. Lastly, the guys helped me install a new antenna mount that I had purchased for a minimal fee. I-10 Collision was one of be best and most appreciated experiences I have ever had in a body shop. Thank you so much!

Honestly and communication is ultimately determines a quality business. This place demonstrates neither. Ive been told a total of 20 times that I was going to recieve a call about my vehicle later that day. Not ONE time was there a follow through. If my vehicle is going to take a month, 2 months, a week etc thats fine, just communicate that. Do not tell me it will be done in 1 day and then weeks go by with no update and unable to get a hold of anyone. Absolutely do not recommend if you want to know whats going on with your vehicle while its being kept months on end with a promise of quick turnaround.

AMAZING place and customer service! The roof of my SUV was hit by a flying tire (70 miles/hr.) that broke off the axle of an uninsured car (my luck) while on the highway. It was a terrifying experience but after the fact, John @ I-10 Collision made the repair process smooth and worthwhile. As the work was being done, John went above and beyond to fulfill requests, answer questions, and was extremely knowledgeable about the work that was about to take place. In the end, my SUV (insured by USAA) looked unbelievable and the work was completed in a timely manner. I recently had a front fender that needed repair. I was very impressed with the service at IH10 Collision. They repaired the fender in one afternoon and even fixed a minor issue with my left fender AND washed my car. To top it off, Steve came to my house to pick up my car and returned it later that afternoon!! I feel that the cost was very reasonable! I would highly recommend them for your auto repair services.

I-10 Collision was INCREDIBLE! I got into a car accident a few weeks ago and randomly selected them off a towing company list, and I am SO GLAD I did! John Montez was extremely helpful in not only walking me through a list of what must get fixed and the price points, but went personally out of his way to make sure I got all new parts and remain within the budget I gave him to work with. The people at I-10 are genuinely kind and helpful, and it was a rare experience as a young woman where I did not feel threatened or taken advantage of by a branch of the car industry.
