Jan 21 UPDATE: Hamza called me & apologized . He is the Used car manager & had been out of country. He took all of the info about my truck & will get back to me by the 23rd or 24th. I will wait & see what he has to say! Jan 17th: What a farce!! They have a large website page that says "Consign Your Cars With Luna Car Center". I live by myself & am disabled, so having strangers come to my home & want to test drive the truck I need to sell is difficult. Consignment with Luna seemed perfect! I filled out their online form. And waited... After a week, I called. "Oh YES! They absolutely wanted my truck, Chris (?) the manager would call me back shortly!" I never received that call. I called back 2 more times. After a month, I have NEVER had the courtesy of a return call. The gent that answers the phone says they should be able to sell a customized truck like mine in a few weeks. I just need to talk to Chris. I do not know who owns Luna Car, & perhaps they are making enough money that they do not need more business? But I do wonder if that owner knows how Chris treats the customers?
