Nothing but problems after taking a 1998 Mercedes Benz ml320 in for repairs. I just don’t believe they can accurately repair foreign cars even though they tell you they can. I ended up paying more than 2k and the car still had the same problems. Mechanic is not all equipped for it. It’s sitting in my garage unable to drive it. I’ve cut my loses and will take it to Beldens, which in retrospect should have done to begin with. Want to get conned? Take it to Obrien’s.

My car experiences at O’Brien’s have been top-notch. I am impressed by the professionalism, knowledge, and thoroughness of the entire staff. The 1st time I took my car for an alignment, they fixed the issue and even went above and beyond by checking my battery which was testing bad/low. The 2nd time I took my car, they noticed another issue with my car which I wasn’t aware of. Overall, every time I bring my car, the mechanics and Julie have gone above and beyond and explained in detail what my car needs, so I wouldn’t have had any car issues in the future. If you see O’Brien’s always busy is for a reason. I can tell the owner and the entire staff genuinely care about their customers and aim to do a thorough and professional job, so our cars continue to run smoothly and so we have peace of mind and most importantly to save money.
