Went in for a common Dodge Challenger issue with the active exhaust and they did not try to scam me tell me it was something else. The one thing I did ask him to do which would cost some labor they did it for free! Only negative I can give is that they left mud/grease on the floor.

They completed my Groupon by taking my phone from me and doing it and then denied me service and said they would not touch my car with a ten foot pole. They said I can get a refund from Groupon but Groupon has a bot and is not allowing me to do the correct drop downs to get money back. I went to take five same day and got an oil change and all the problems they said I have we’re not the same. I basically got messed over I actually believe Meineke was more honest and upstanding than this. I feel like he did not want to do it because it was late and he did not feel like it and he still got paid for it.

Went today for a tpms light that I had on. I just recently got my car and advised them of the insurance I had to cover the cost. They got back to me saying my insurance said it wasn’t covered, so I refused their service so they charged me a 180 fee just for them to diagnose it. I called my insurance right after to see why it was denied and come to find out they didn’t even call to file a claim. If they would’ve called it would’ve covered all the cost and not charged me a fee. This place is a scam and will be calling the bbb on them. Sorry, forgot to add they did a vehicle inspection which I didn’t ask for and told me my front brakes and rotors were horrible and needed to be changed asap and even sent me a picture but I refused the service. When I went to get my tpms serviced elsewhere I asked if they could check my brakes and they said they were completely fine and nothing was wrong with them. The picture they sent weren’t even my brakes!!!

Worst oil change ever. They tried to pressure me into buying extra stuff using scare tactics. They wouldn’t rotate my tires, even though it would’ve put me in a safer situation. And they forgot to return my tire key, which cost me an extra 45 minutes to come get it after already taking a long time. I also needed new brakes, but after I rejected buying new tires from them, they didn’t even talk to me about it.

Took my wife's Hyundai Veloster in for some issues with the oil pressure warning light coming on and an oil leak. Dalton and his team did a great job getting multiple causes for these problems diagnosed and fixed. Dalton also did a great job working with the warranty service company as the car has an extended warranty through carmax. We did have to bring it back one more time but we were only charged the cost for a small part that was missed and no extra labor. 10 out of 10 service I'd recommend this place to anyone. Both times they got our car back to us very fast.

Yesterday I took my 2020 Toyota Sienna for a synthetic oil and filter change. Dalton was wonderful and welcoming over the phone. Once I arrived, Ron attended to me and my car. Had a 9:00 AM appointment and arrived early at 8:50 AM. They didn’t take my truck back until 9:30 AM because they overbooked and kept taking walk-ins. It’s now 10:45 AM and I’m still here. When they finally brought me to the back, the tech said he couldn’t put the cover back on where the oil change is done. I told him I’ve had two oil changes before and never had an issue. He turned to his boss and said, “I ain’t gonna mess with that for an hour,” then tossed my plate on the floor. The manager said he’d try to handle it, so I left, but I could still hear the tech talking under his breath as I walked out. Poor scheduling, long wait times, and unprofessional behavior. Definitely not a one-hour oil change like they advertise.
