Certified Auto Repair is now the only place I will take my vehicle. They are very thorough, and the pricing for services is fair. They will not charge you for something you do not need. They spent quite a bit of their time trying to determine an issue with my vehicle at no charge to me. I am impressed with their honesty and integrity.

As is always the case at Certified Automotive Repair Service, I was treated with great respect, and received a very thorough review of my vehicle’s condition. While I wasn’t happy with the diagnosis (a failing transmission on a vehicle with well over 150,000 miles), it was not completely unexpected and no one tried to sell me products or services that I did not need. I have been using Certified for more than 20 years, and I fully intend to keep using them as the need arises. Highly recommend!

Great service! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Certified Automotive Repair fixed just what I had requested. They pointed out other work that will need attention later on my 2004 F-150 but remained true to what I wanted done at the time. On my previous service at no charge they tightened the bolts on my extended mirrors they had installed two years ago. I would definitely recommend them for servicing anyone's vehicle.

This shop does thorough, timely, and most of all, honest work. The money they have saved me is remarkable and I always appreciate their customer service. The cost of their services is reasonable and excellent work. I regularly have my oil changed, tires rotated, A/C service, brake maintenance, and looking forward to future services because I know my car is in the best hands, literally. I should mention that my CARFAX report has come back asking how my services were at the FtWorth sister branch to CARS, don’t be mistaken or alarmed by this, after speaking with the CARS team it is an edit that the FtWorth location must tend to.

Great service over the phone honest about time and appointments. I was given a estimate on work that would be performed, and it was very reasonable for the labor and parts needed to complete auto repair. I was informed a day earlier then expected my car was ready and a detailed description of what was wrong and how it was repaired. I felt comfortable leaving my car with them from the first phone call made. I appreciate the honesty and dedication to customer service your provide. I have found a very dependable and honest top of line Auto Service Repair center that I will definitely refer my Family and Friends to along with me too. Keep on keeping on!

WOW! I just moved to town and a friend referred me to CARS. I was so impressed with the service they provided. They told me what was wrong and also told me about another part that was worn. They did not pressure me at all to get the second part fixed but I wanted to do it anyway. When they got into the job they realized that it was a little more extensive and called me to say the original problem was going to cost more than the estimate and gave me the option again to wait on the optional repair so that the cost would still be close to the original quote. They even stayed late so I could pick up my car after work. These guys are the REAL DEAL! I'm so happy I found them and would recommend them without hesitation to any and everyone!

We have been taking our vehicles to CARS for years. Absolutely have enjoyed our relationship with Tony and the staff. I recently had an issue with a vehicle, had it towed to CARS, and was getting ready to pay $1500+ for the service. Thanks to the service workers there, they researched and found that my vehicle issue was covered under a service campaign and would be covered 100% by the dealership!!! Took my car in for new tires, brakes, oil change and a suspected alternator change. From reading reviews, I expected solid work of the car but they managed to exceed that by far! It was the work of an auto shop that understands what “Leave something better than you found it” means, they even gave my car a wash! The professional and clear communication was also impeccable throughout the process. Thanks to both Joshua and Richard who helped me out. Excellent shop. Had a bit of a rough start. Got my vehicle back from them with some damage that had occurred while they were making other repairs. I notified them, and they fixed the issues that were created for free that same week. THAT'S how you do customer service. They were very apologetic, and I can tell it was not the quality of work they typically produce. I have used them for other work since then. They always quote me a fair price, and they do good work. 10/10 highly recommend.

I have been fortunate enough to use the CARS (Certified Automotive Repair Service) for almost 40 years. The quality, consideration, attention to detail, forthright counsel and affordability has not changed since day one. Every car I have owned in the last 40 years has been serviced at CARS for one simple reason, quality of care. You normally hear that associated with Doctors but CARS takes the commitment to quality well beyond the next level. Over the years I have recommended a minimum of 130 people to CARS and everyone of them echos my sentiments… a great place to do business. I highly recommend CARS to anyone that is in need of timely and honest repair work. In today’s economy the best value for your dollar is of the utmost importance, so why go anywhere else?
