I asked them to remove a screw from my tire on my 4Runner yesterday. The process took maybe 10 minutes total, they put the tire back on, and charged me $15, I tipped $5 because they were professional and fast.
The problem? THEY DIDN’T REMOVE THE SCREW. They literally aired my tire back up and put it back on my vehicle🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️

I visited Rodriguez Tire Shop today for the 2nd time 4-4-2024. Had them mount 2 front tires ($40) for my weekend/fun car Feb 2022 based on a recommendation from Braun Road Automotive and today, had them mount 4 new tires ($80) on my premium "sporty" European SUV. I pulled up unannounced (phone number said disconnected when I tried the day before) with the tires I ordered from Tire Rack in the cargo area and was on my way about 20 mins later with fresh rubber on the road after needing to walk down to Valero to grab a little extra cash. They were cool with me hanging out in the room where the work happens and using my own torque wrench to tighten the lug bolts to factory spec too. Highly recommend this shop as a cheaper and friendlier alternative to the ubiquitous chain options.
