Repaired my right rear quarter panel ~May 2023 due to small hit-and-run that did not involve the door assembly. Drove my rental car to their shop when Collision said it was ready and saw poor workmanship (did not match contours of the opposite side of the car, overpolished, oversprayed). Was relieved I had not already returned my car, as it took almost another week before I re-inspected the condition of the car and deemed it acceptable enough to take my car back. After driving my own car 250 ft from the store, I discovered my right passenger window was nonfunctional, which was not the case prior to the accident or drop-off to repair facility. I returned immediately to the shop and their shop foreman came out and said during the course of their repairs, they found my window motor would not close and chose to keep it unplugged and raise the window...saying this would require a replacement out-of-pocket. The foreman had no explanation and no excuse as to why they had not informed me as to the condition of the car/repair upon giving my keys back and had omitted this information until I had discovered it on my own. They also left the trunk, passenger seat, and door dusty and dirty.

Wow oh WOW!! Had an incident at a clients home and her nanny ran into my car!! I chose the nearest place with the best reviews and my car was towed there!! EXCEPTIONAL work and professionalism from Sam and his team!! Sam contacted me frequently to keep me in the know of when my car would be ready, always called when parts came in, and was just overall the best to work with!! I had previously worked at Land Rover for 2 years, and when I say their customer service team doesn’t even come close to Classic Collisions, I mean it!! Well done to Sam, and well done to the AMAZING technicians who fixed my car!! Not even a SCRATCH was left!! Will recommend them any chance I get!!
