Great experience... you know, taking are you in for work and getting a call from the mechanic with the message that it's ready in the morning when their estimate was that it would be ready in the afternoon.

Ask for John. He's very professional and told me he would call once he got a chance to look at my truck. Called a couple of hours later and let me know what and where my problem was but he was sorry as he didn't do exhaust manifold work. My husband & I went to pick my truck up and there was no charge. Now I know it took time for him to find out the what & where but because he couldn't help us he didn't charge us for anything more that's a professional that everyone else should learn from.
