If you own a Subaru you already know how “moody” they can be and if you live in the Bay Area and don’t know about this gem of a shop 💎 called RBMS you should!!! Winston and Mert are Subaru Scientists!!! They know the ins and outs of these vehicles and how to make them perform better than factory! My head gaskets needed work on my Foz that is built for occasional off-roading. These two perfectionists went to work and rebuilt the engine for me and I couldn’t be happier. They are super meticulous and detail oriented. My Subie runs better than ever right now and I’m looking forward to many more years and adventures!!!! If you own a Subaru you really shouldn’t go anywhere else, period! This is the one stop shop and an amazing one at that! Thank you Winston and Mert! 🙏🏼

Hands down the best Subee shop in the Bay. Couldn't get my 02' Bugeye to run right for years. Took her from shop to shop trying to figure out what was going on. Always felt it was running sluggish and rich even after a tune. Mert and Winston fixed the issue super quick and had me back on the road within a couple days. I've been boosting ever since! Realized I haven’t yet left my review for RBMS yet here. I’ve been taking my 2006 Subaru Impreza WRX here for at least 5 years, and they have helped me keep it in tip top shape. Always get my regular maintenance done here, as well as get ready for the biennial smogs. Even got past the dreaded Evap code with a persistent small leak that my former mechanic (closed up) could not diagnose. To me, I happily drove up from the South Bay to get my service done with them. I fully trust Winston and Mert with taking care of my Subaru and wholeheartedly recommend them as honest and talented mechanics who can most definitely help maintain, repair and keep your car going.

I had a CEL when I came in to the shop and my 2001 Toyota RAV4 got fully diagnosed. I was told i had to replace my mass airflow sensor because it was rusting. They got the part and replaced it. All of this was done within two hours, it was EXTREMELY convenient and super worth it. They were also explaining how everything worked and how I got my CEL. They have nice and very efficient staff too!!
