Just a heads up. Google has their closing time on Saturdays as 3pm, but when I went there at 2:50 on Saturday, I was told they actually close down the register at 2:45 on Saturdays. Why have 3pm listed as closing time? I would have been a 5 minute customer, plus I was going to pay them cash. How hard is it to take my battery cell in exchange for a recon battery, take my cash (probably exact change even), and write out a receipt. Clearly the owner doesn't work Saturdays. I can't imagine any owner turning cash away before the closing time. Those employees need to remember without customers they wouldn't have a job

I have to say in the last year this place has gone downhill horribly. I used to buy only from them because they had great service and batteries in stock. Twice now I called and asked for what I needed and they said they had it. Takes me 10min to get there and when I get there they say they don't have any in stock then proceed to tell me they get them in all the time and to call to see if they have them. I used to recommend them but no longer, I will tell people to avoid them.

Very nice people very honest about the warranty. I had really very good experience dealing with them long time ago. I bought new battery from Dodge dealer and a last only year and a half and they gave me a hard time to try to replace it. Those people they will replace it without question if you still have warranty.

Honestly I think this has to be one of the best battery warehouses in town it would have cost me almost $300 for my battery and it only cost me $68 here plus you get a 2 year warranty which the other place was only offering a 3 year warranty and their battery gave out after 3 years and 1 month.... coincidence? I would honestly not go anywhere else for my battery. These refurbish batteries are more or less better than a brand new battery at a fraction of the cost. Their workers know what they're doing they get the job done quickly and are very professional.

HAD ONE CREDIT LEFT ON MY CARD TO GET A BATTERY. CARD SAYS GOOD TIL OCTOBER. HAD TO GET A JUMP TO GET TO TOWN TO USE MY CREDIT. GUY SAYS NO ITS EXPIRED. WE ONLY ALLOW 1/2 THE TIME ON CARD NOW. On 12-10-25 I bought a size 26r battery for my car. I could not make the quick swap in the parking lot do to there insurance rules so I had to make the 2 mile drive home to do so. I discovered after getting home that the battery dimensions were to large. (51r is the correct one I discovered later). I went to return it with 20 mins of the purchase & the manager would not even allow it. This complete lack of flexibility for less then a half hour return I find it unacceptable. If this was a week later even a day later return for full refund Id understand, but we're talking less then 30mins here & I clear mistake. If this business is that inflexible Ill have to suggest anyone proceed with extreme caution when buying. I was eventually able to determine the group size 51r was what I needed & swapped for that on 12-11-25. I'm not sure how much I'll promote them with the word of mouth advertising like I used to, if I do it will be with a warning.
