Dealer prices without the quality. Buyer beware the owner will lie and overcharge similar prices to the dealer. I paid for a part and he said labor would be free. Part was marked up 120%. He is a cheat.

Brought my Honda Accord after getting a diagnosis from the Dealership. My car had suddenly had a full-lit dashboard and wouldn't accelerate more than 10mph. The Dealership wanted to Replace the 'damaged' head gasket for $5,000. I brought it here and the mechanic said there was no damaged gasket, just some bad spark plugs. This guy saved me thousands $$$$ from the WEST COVINA HONDA DEALERSHIP. He even gave me a free diagnosis, compression test, leak down test, and engine block test to ensure there were no other issues with my car. I've been driving my car for over a week now and it has no problems.

What happened? I took my car in and got back a fighter jet! Record Performance did great work! I've been in El Monte my whole life and we have a business down the street so I have seen auto shops come and go around here as well as knowing several of them personally. I've been looking for a new shop that I can trust and will get the job done well for my old and new vehicles; George nailed it. Record Performance is my new go-to doctor for my babies, including my S13 240SX SE Fastback.
