Needs signage on service department guiding Customers to appointment, non-appointment. Is extremely frustrating that you arrive, you get in line and "surprise, you're on the wrong line" this has occurred several times since they became Carpros.

Low tire pressure light kept coming on. They checked it out and found it to be a nail in the tire wall. A week later the low tire pressure light came in again like they warned me. They remembered me and what they said, checked the air, and fixed it quickly and without extra charge.

Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME and Money HERE!!! They caused new problems for my car,.My car had no problems prior to me bringing it in for maintenance , but after getting my car serviced there it started engine light and shake when driving. I brought my car back multiple times. I wasted over 1 weekend bringing my car back and twice to have nothing changed. The shaking problem only got worse. When I finally go through to a manager. No problems was ever solved and they just kept telling me to keep wasting my time to bring the car back to solve nothing. They DO NOT take responsibility for anything.

Took my car in for a 30,000 service. I also asked them to look at my air conditioner because it was not working properly. The person that helped me said a part was broken and it needed to be ordered. He told me it would take about 5 days and he would give me a call. That was over 3 weeks ago. I tried calling twice last week and they don’t return my call. I guess I need to take my business elsewhere since they are too busy to give me a call back.

I took my car in for service and had a terrible experience with Car Pros Honda. I got an oil change done and when the tech torqued the oil pan bolt it got stripped. I can respect and appreciate the fact that the tech was honest enough to report it. The real issue is their deficiency in customer service. When I asked my service advisor what the next steps towards resolving this issue were he was unsure which is understandable because he seemed new. He asked a more senior advisor and that gentleman told me that because it was my first time taking my car in for service and they didn't have a history on it, they weren't liable if the tech tighten the bolt and now it felt "funny". I asked to speak with the manager who of course was unavailable (in a meeting). So I paid for my service close to $100 for an oil change and left with a leaking oil pan. I called the service manager JOHN BOLTER and left a VM because he didn't answer. He later called me back I gave him all the details of what happened and he said he was going to look into. He assured me he would get back to me and get all of this resolved. Three weeks later my car is still leaking and I'm still waiting for his call. Needless to say that was the first and last time ever taking my car in to this location.

These dealer is insane been here since 8:30am for an oil change and its currently 12:53pm and still haven’t received any news for my car. And had an appointment imagine not having one!!!!! Didnt get my car until 1:19pm Service was done by Mr.Gordon every time i get service with him its a bad experience.

This service department is trash! Ask them for tire rotation was not done. Waited an hour and half before got help. If I don’t say anything they would not help. Just make you stand there. Trash Trash Trash!

I bought a new car from this Honda in August last year. They said it would come with 3 free maintenance services. I was going to come for the last one today, but they told me I only had 2. They asked me to show them the proof of the 3 maintenance services they said they would provide, and they were very rude. Isn't that bullshit? If you really want to buy a car here, please turn on the recording on your phone to prevent them from denying it later.

This company lacks integrity and operates in a deceptive manner. I urge others not to purchase vehicles from them, as there is a high risk of being defrauded. I suggest that everyone file a class action lawsuit against this company.

Again, poor service. I had sworn I would never come back here. I thought since I was coming due to a recall I'd get better service. Lousy again. I've been to other Honda dealerships and this is absolutely the worst. Very poor customer service. Hopefully the mechanics are good. Been here for more than 3 hours....give me my car back and get me out of here...I hate this place!

This store has a terrible reputation. The service attitude before and after the purchase is completely different, and there are all sorts of hidden charges and a lack of transparency. I was ripped off once, and I don't recommend going there at all!

had an appointment for an oil change, a service that i was told would take 45 minutes to an hour. after a few check-ins prompted by myself to ask if it was being taken care of i was still waiting for my car. 2.5HOURS for an oil change WITH an appointment on a tuesday morning. id understand being if they were short staffed but let the customer at least know. cusomer service was good.

Prepare to wait an hour to even drop off your car for an appointment. My appointment was 10:30 and had to wait 11:30 to drop my keys off. Their service report states tires were good to go. But coming out of the garage, they were all low pressure. They had to take it back in to put air in them. If they write in their report that tires were checked, but they didn’t, that’s a major safety concern.
