After being frustrated for no one reaching out regarding my horn for over 4 months , I called and Joey answered the phone. He ordered my part scheduled my service and followed up to let me know the part was in then called again to let me know he would not be there for my appointment it was his off day. I arrived on Saturday and Kevin took over said it would be a 2-3 hour wait I got comfortable and in two hours all was finished and I was ready to go. With Joseph on duty I’ll always come back. Kevin is always pleasant and helpful

Had this dealer complete the Ignition Protector Recall on my parents 2016 Hyundai Tucson. I needed to call the service desk and schedule an appointment rather than use their website but someone picked up quickly and there was lots of availability. My service advisor Sophia L. provided clear and concise details about what to expect with this recall service. After dropping off the vehicle, I received timely updates via phone/text about the progress and any issues that came up. The technician Joe noticed an oil leak during the inspection and Sophia was helpful with suggesting this repair while the car was still under warranty. I recommend having your hyundai serviced here and would consider purchasing a new car from them in the future!

Had the same issue with my car over and over I was at a different dealer and was told they couldn't find anything wrong. I bring my car here and not only did they find the issue right away, but they explained it to me and that its under warranty. This location is a busy place however they keep my up to date on every step of the process while my car was being repaired and I had a loner car until my car was ready. Well, I’ve had Hyundais for the last 12 1/2 years (a Sonata for 10 years and a Elantra for the last 2+) and my local dealer closed abruptly, so I had to go to another Hyundai dealer for scheduled service.i chose CardinaleWay Hyundai of El Monte. We want to share how extremely pleased we are with CardinalWay Hyundai of El Monte. Manager Juan and Nicolas Assof, Senior Product Specialist were extremely helpful with providing us with details on our new 2024 Tucson PHEV Limited vehicle. We inquired from our home in SW Colorado on Wednesday and Juan was very thorough with providing us with the specs and relevant details we needed to feel comfortable with traveling to El Monte on the weekend to test drive the vehicle. We flew in on Saturday and were greeted by Nicolas and Juan who continued to be very attentive as we gathered more information and test drove the vehicle. Nick provided us with a detailed walkthrough of the vehicle explaining all the features and after driving the vehicle we decided to proceed with purchasing it. Our drive back to Colorado was comfortable and we feel that the folks at CardinaleWay Hyundai of El Monte treated us with respect and dignity. The experience was actually very fun for us and Nicolas and Juan’s friendliness was greatly appreciated.

I had a great expierence with Natalia! Shes very attentive and very detail oriented about the new cars that recently came out very knowledgeable. She helped me out getting a car not to long ago so I wanted to make a review that everything is going great! One detail i noticed though when i went to go get my car serviced was that there was a receptionist in the front who was extremely rude and doesn’t say hello to the customers coming in at all and did not tell me anything either. Im not sure what her name was but this was yesterday Feb 25th I believe. You guys should invest with a new person.

Great experience, purchase 2026 Hyundai Palisade hybrid Caligraphy, so luxurious and beautiful with all the bells and whistles. Nelson Lynn made my purchase so great with so much knowledge of the car, he really went beyond with kind not pushy excellent service as a salesman, go see Nelson if your in the hunt for a Hyundai. They didn’t have the color interior I wanted so they got what I want from a sister dealership ship within 2 hours and I purchase that night. How good is that. The manager was great also they ultimately gave me the price I was looking for and it was a all around great experience especially because of Nelson Lynn ,Beautiful car so many compliments from people I don’t know as I drive around, it’s great to to go to a dealership who’s has salesmen who know there cars so i can make a decision unlike Longo Toyota who didn’t give me the time of day.
