Usually just vacuum my vehicle because I can use quarters, don't have to use coin machine like at the Bunny to use their coins that may or may not work in their own machine. Also it is less crowded

The best car wash in South Central Worcester County. The vacumms actually work and are a dollar! They have someone at the entrance preparing your car for the car wash to get the it sparkling clean!

This place is usually decent with 2 guys doing the Pre Wash, however, only kid working today was awful. Very Slow and way more concerned about his choice of music on his cell phone and silly ear buds with the wires clumsily running from his pocket to his ears. Come on Guy . This kid would be a nightmare on a busy day .

Car wash is not what it once was. All the high power touchless features are gone and people are washing your cars with large brushes and rinsed off with no force. None of the sealant or wax features spray well as all the nozzles are completely worn out. People that own this place need to invest in a whole new system. Right now they're just collecting money. You will not get your money's worth.

Paid 17.00 for a basic wash. Gave the attendant a 5 dollar tip, I asked if she wouldnât mind quickly spraying down my plastic floor mats that I had in my hands. She said she could not because it was the busy part of the day. I was the only car there . She was annoyed, barely brushed my truck. Half the truck was dirty after I got out of the bay. I am a loyal customer but will never go back again. I canât believe the poor service even after giving a 5 dollar tip. She should be embarrassed and so should ownership

Red carpet car wash was excellent. A polite young man approached me helped me with my order. He then proceeded to scrub my car after wetting it down with a brush with a long handle. I got the deluxe with simonize. It came out sparkling clean.

Last time I went to Red Carpet, it was closed even though their business hours said they were open. This was frustrating because I come all the way from Brookfield, and it's always been worth the trip. There was even one occasion that my car was really dirty and didn't come clean with one wash, so they let me go through again, free of charge. I've always had a great experience at Red Carpet, so I'll forgive the one time I went all the way down there for nothing.

hadn't had either of my two vehicles washed in months. they were both salty and dirty. I live 30 minutes away but was in town for pickleball on Feb 14. decided to get a wash. I was greeted by friendly, smiley and energetic worker who even commented on my license plate looking like a Bible passage which was cool. didn't even realize that the plate looked like that. the workers gave my car the attention it needed prior to heading into the wash. didn't know that wash wasn't touchless but that was ok because my car needed the attention. the strips were not harsh or strong to cause damage. my car looks great!! the next day I was driving our other car and drove the extra hour (there and back) to get the other car washed. had the same worker. when I commented about the previous day interatction about my plate he remembered me. the sign of a good customer service person. another great wash. well worth the trip. will gladly do it again in the future.
