Fantastic service! My wife and I were on a road trip and our A/C stopped blowing air. Alex answered the phone and said he could fit us in. Alex was super kind and helpful, he’s the owner who has owned the shop for years! Within the hour of us getting there, the problem was resolved for a cheap price and we were on the road again! They're nice if you need routine maintenance but for the love of God go somewhere else for ANYTHING involving brakes. We've taken the car in 3 times for brake noises and they've gotten consistently worse each time

I can’t say enough good things about Red River Auto! I was on my way to Honda to have a leaf removed from my AC blower—something they wanted to charge me $415 for and couldn’t even get to for a couple of days. On a whim, I pulled into Red River Auto to see if they could help, and I’m so glad I did. Alex came right out with a smile, popped open the blower, and had the leaf out in under five minutes—free of charge! I was absolutely blown away by the kindness, professionalism, and quick service. I took my car to red river auto care with a couple issues, mainly my ac and some dashboard lights, and although they had a lot of business, they made it a effort to fix my car in a very reasonable amount of time ! They communicated on every step of the way & definitely went above and beyond to make sure it all went smoothly. Alex and his team did a wonderful job THE WHOLE TIME! I can honestly say I feel like I’m driving a brand new car!! Red River Auto Care is the only place I will ever take a vehicle for the rest of my life. As a single mom who struggles daily I allowed people I knew to work on my struts and they kept sounding horrible, so I did my research on different shops and saw the amazing reviews and decided on this shop. I was very nervous being it was my first time going to a mechanic shop alone. My dad always did it for me and he passed a few years ago. So all of this is so new to me and kinda scary. The men who worked there took my car in and figured out all my bolts were lose (again never will I let anyone else but Red River Auto Care touch my car). They tightened all of them for me and test drove it to make sure it was safe for me and my five year old son. I went to pay the fee I was told over the phone, which I was very willing to pay being it was thankfully that simple of a fix, but instead they didn't even charge me for there time. They are the most caring and honest people that work on vehicles in this town and probably this whole state. I cried such happy tears all the way back to Haughton knowing I could drive again safely because of these kind people.

Trust every 5 star review you see. This is the best auto shop I have been to by a long shot. They are FAST, their prices are very reasonable, and they actually know what they are doing. We came here a year ago after another auto shop in town tried up charging us $2500+ for spark plugs and wires. They did it for under $800 and were done within a couple hours. I have brought my truck here 2 or 3 times since and have been extremely pleased with the price and the speed of service. I have also brought other family members cars here now as well. 10/10 all around.

This is my new favorite place, I would recommend this shop to everyone. I had taken my car to another auto shop originally because of a nasty rattle/ grinding noise.They quoted me around $1500 worth of Maintenance and issues. I came here to get the job done and they noticed that I didn’t have any issues at all, just a plate that needed to be bent. They were honest about what the issue was, fixed it and kept me updated through and through. Saved me money and time. Good people and overall good shop, very friendly.
