I've always taken my vehicles for routine maintenance at this shop ever since I started driving. Even before then, when my mother needed service for her vehicles. They are great mechanics with fair and just prices. Special thanks to Ricky of all people for being concise and thorough in whatever other problems your vehicle might have besides what you came in for. This business is absolutely 5/5 stars. I will be coming here for as long as they still stand. I rarely write reviews, but I really feel like it's my due diligence to at least give them a little boost in ratings. They absolutely deserve it.

I was wandering around trying to find a good place where I could do my oil change and find a good mechanic. I thought this place was going to be just like the few stops I made before. (Not friendly, not professional, and would try to charge the life out of me) NOT THE CASE! These people are so professional, friendly, attentive service, really surprised. The prices are GOOD! For hard working people like us. Oil change was way cheaper than most places and I also have an issue with my AC. I was going to do the computer check since my ac is not cooling instead desired to leave but, I was so satisfied with the service I had to make a U-turn! They are running the diagnostics and charged me half of what the other shops were trying to charge me. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE AND ATTENTION TO THE PUBLIC really happy to see business like this are still around. Taft is awesome 👏👏👏

Been taking my cars and trucks to Red Road Auto since the early 90's. and been going ever since. Even a new truck with free oil change, I will never take to the dealer. Owner and staff are personal and honest. I've done oil change, tires, tune up, engine replacement, drive shaft, you name it. All my fiends, families vehicles and mine will go to Red Road as long as they are in business.

Have always overpriced their work. Ever since owner not there their work is very bad plus super overpriced. Had spark plugs replaced in my car and oil started leaking from them. They charged me an arm and a leg for a radiator. My car blower is not working and since I am a woman, they told me it was my AC compressor that wasn't working. But my cousin who is a mechanic had already checked my ac and told me it was either the blower or resistor. They were trying to charge me over $1,400 for an AC compressor and labor that my car doesn't need, and the price of the blower or resistor would be additional. The compressor would cost me on the internet around $129 dollars, the blower around $49 dollars, and the resistor costs around $15 dollars. . Don't go there, they are thieves, crooks. Don't let them rip you off.

I rarely write reviews , but my friend used to borrow my truck and always brought it here for service and repairs. Today I brought my daughter’s car 08 Honda Accord and paid the 219.00 diagnostics fee. They wanted to charge me over $1500 to change 2 oil pressure switches. I went to Auto Zone bought one oil pressure switch for $50 and fixed the engine problem. The other diagnostic was I need it to change both lower control arms and they were going to charge me over $700. I took off the tired and there’s nothing wrong with the lower control arms. Is actually the rack and pinion. I have always work on my cars I just didn’t feel like doing no more mechanical work but lesson learned. Update all I had to change on the rack and pinion is the inner control arm. After buying it from the dealer ($115) and buying the tool ($45) to do the work. I only spend $160. They wanted to charge me more than $2200 plus tax with a false diagnosis that them they were going to tell me I need it to fix the inner control arm and god knows how much they were going to charge me for that. I fixed everything my self for about $200 and and maybe 3 hours of work.

We had a terrible experience with Red Road Tire and Auto Center. We came in with a clear problem — the AC fan wasn’t working properly. They replaced one tire (which was fine), but for the AC they told us they did a diagnostic and then replaced two parts: the blower and the resistor. The fan worked only for about 12 hours and then completely stopped. We also complained at the time that the fan was weak and the AC wasn’t cold enough, but they told us with a smile that “new cars just have cheap parts, they fail all the time.” That was their explanation. Later, we went to another service center where they did a proper diagnostic and found the real problem: the HVAC control module. The blower they replaced was perfectly fine — we still have the old one, and it works great. In other words, they charged us for parts that never needed replacement and never fixed the real issue. We paid over $900 for unnecessary repairs, and when we asked for a refund, they refused. ⚠️ Warning: Do not go to this shop. They will replace parts you don’t need, take your money, and leave the original problem unsolved.
