I received a quick response after submitting an inquiry through the website. Communication was easy and appointment set up took little to no time. John was accommodating to my schedule and checked in with me throughout the day. I arrived to a beautiful shiny car and welcoming smile. I was made aware of some mold in my trunk and it was all cleaned up for me. I scheduled a complete interior detail, as that was my main concern. Leather seats were treated and looked fantastic! Car smelled amazing. I also scheduled the express exterior wash and was very happy with the results. Highly recommend and look forward to using Regenix again.

John came out to remove some unfortunate road paint splatter from my vehicle, and I had him perform his Level 1 exterior detail as well. The paint ended up being much more stubborn than we hoped, but John worked tirelessly (inside a cramped wheel well) until it was completely removed. The exterior detail was flawless, and the car looks better than the day we brought it home. John’s attention to detail and professionalism makes this an easy review to write. My van looks better than it did when I took it home from the dealership! Both inside and out now look immaculate. So better than new... YES! Backstory: I purchased a new van recently from a local dealership and it was covered with manufacturer paint defects; they removed some of them the day we purchased the van. But there were more imperfections we noticed once we brought it home. I had to take the car back to the dealership a couple of times to remove certain imperfections I found with the naked eye. I thought they had done the job right. As soon as I brought the van into the garage, I was witness to seeing the paint defects on full display. Most noticeable was the marring on the hood that was only visible when parked inside the garage with lighting directly above. Instead of taking it back to the dealership again for like the third time and getting even more stressed out, I decided to find a "REAL" dedicated auto detailer. So my hunt began and hours of research was spent. The Solution (John at Regenix Detailing): After researching it thoroughly, I found John at Regenix Detailing. I had a few questions regarding all this stuff since I was a neophyte to auto detailing. John took the time to answer every question I had. After a series of back and forth emails, I decided to go forth on this journey with John and Regenix. And boy, was this one of the best decisions I have ever made in this lifetime. I decided to get the Level 3 "Correct &" Protect" and a 5-year Ceramic Coating. With this service, John removes the paint defects that came with the van as well as add a nice ceramic coating to protect the paint, keep it looking good longer, and make it easy to clean and maintain. John is truly dedicated to the Art of Auto Detailing. He is extremely detailed and takes his time to make sure the job is done well. John found plenty of areas that needed correction that I never noticed. John would also keep me updated on the progress throughout so his communication was very stellar. But the end results of the detail he did on the van made my jaw drop. I'm dead serious ---it's literally better than new! How is that even possible? Well, I am now a believer. John is the utmost professional guy you will ever meet and he knows his stuff. Pricing is very reasonable with his shop and John really takes the time needed to get your vehicle looking great. I came across Regenix Detailing when I was searching for places to get my new car detailed. The reason why I chose Regenix Detailing is because it wasn’t one of those mobile detailing guys, and it was very reasonably priced. The car was a hand me down from my family member who smoked heavily in it. When I brought up my concerns to John, he gave me two options for the interior detail, both that he explained very well. I went with the cheaper option, thinking if the smell is not all the way out I can do the more expensive one but might as well save a little money. when I Picked up my car this evening there was no trace of smoke smell and as my sister said, the car looked brand new. Absolutely flawless interior detail! I brought my car to John after it had accumulated a lot of hay inside. Because the car has felt surfaces, the hay was extremely difficult to remove — but when I came back to pick it up, I was genuinely blown away. Every single piece of hay was gone. Literally all of it. John is incredibly detail-oriented. The seats, carpets, liners — every surface inside the car looked and felt better than when I first received the car. He didn’t miss a single spot. Um, What can I say? John was absolutely Flippin phenomenal service with a smile but even better. I just bought my very first brand new car and I’m actually using it as a work car for my dog walking business so if you can imagine it was a detailers nightmare! In addition to that, I had tried to do the job by myself and did damage. John worked his magic and to my delight. The damage I had done is undone.
