my friends TDI diesel had a emissions problem and they checked the VIN and told me the issue was covered by volkswagen. a honest shop who isn't trying to sell you something you don't need. fyi the more normal maintenance you do the more money you save in the long run

We have been maintaining our 85 Westphalia Weekender for decades. Finding the right mechanic that knows the technical issues and does straight up honest business is not as easy as one would hope. I feel bad for not writing a review earlier but better late than never. :) I have a 2016 VW CC which has some unique 'issues' specific to this model. Laz knows this model well and has been looking after my baby for almost three years now. He also looked after my old Toyota Prius which I recently gave to my daughter. Laz is thorough, reasonably priced, and not greedy. He has referred me to the local VW dealer for warranty related items over the years. His work has always been the best. I have not had to go back to him for any follow-up errors for all the work he has done to my baby from when I first took her to him at 50,000 miles. Laz just did the 80,000 mile service on her and she has not had any major issues since her first service with him. I will always bring any car that I own to Laz.

Sorry, but this is an unprofessional mechanic.......about 6 months ago, I took my Volkswagen 2013 Jetta hybrid car to them he was recommended by a Mercedes-Benz mechanic .... I drove my car to them and explained the problem and he told me to leave it so he could take a look at it he will call me back to let me know what was going on well i gave him a $100.00 dollars advance it took him 2 weeks to call me back and because my husband keep bugging him to see what was going on with the car he said he needed to talk to the dealer well he ended up not knowing what the problem was and didn't fix it return my car on a towing truck and said he was going to refund the $100.00 witch he did not and and we even had to pay the towing they are unprofessional not qualified for the job
