I have been using BNC for several years now and I must say out of all the local repair companies here including the Lincoln dealership I have never been so impressed with the workmanship and professionalism. Avid has been more then fair and always goes out of her way to make sure I am getting the best parts at the best price. I have two cars that are my babies. The people there have gone way out of their way to make sure I feel comfortable with the repair. (( I have to tell this story )) I bought a normally cheaper set of brake pads and rotors for my girlfriend's car then I would normally, due to having some finical issues.They kept squeaking when she would hit them. I was so disappointed with my choice of pads and rotors I brought it up to Avid while having my other car there for repair, not expecting for anything other then letting her know I was disappointed in my choice of brakes. One day I get a call from Avid who asked me to bring in my girlfriends car and I ask why. She said she wanted to look at the brakes for me at no charge and I said I would be grateful for that. I dropped the car off and came back later that day to pick up my girls car and I was shocked. Not only did they replace the brake pads and rotors but they replaced it with some of the most expensive pad and rotors money can buy AT NO COST. I don't know about you but I never had a repair shop go out of their way to take care of me like them. I bring all my cars and including my company vehicles to them. I have nothing but respect for a company like this. Thanks again Avid for making spending money on a car repair feel as comfortable as it can possible be.

I have taken my cars and motorhome to BNC for a few years now and been very happy with their work and service. However, I recently waited over 2 weeks for an appointment and when I got there they informed me that their machine to smog the RV was broken!! It sure would have been nice if they had given me a call. I hope this is not a sign that their service is going down the toilet. I may give them one more chance.....

I went in for an oil change and a man named Jeremy was the first to welcome me in. I was so impressed with his professionalism. Not only was his costumer service on point but he also saved me because they noticed as they were doing my oil change that my breaks were completely shot and that i was breaking on the actual metal plate itself and i had no idea. These guys ROCK! They pay attention to DETAIL. outstanding costumer service and reasonable prices. Thank you so much Jeremy and your team for taking care of me.

This place is great! Easy to make an appointment and fast service. Always willing to help. Top off fluids and check tire pressure. I had an oil change. They also have coupons in the Valpak. 🙂

Great all around auto shop - they have been taking care of our family's cars for years now. Super easy to get an appointment and their prices are reasonable. They don't practice any price gouging and we really appreciate that. The customer service is wonderful, love talking with them, they always make us feel welcome!

Love this place! First time going, I needed a smog and they were the cheapest place and I called 10 different places! Everyone is super friendly. I texted my brother while I was sitting there waiting for my car and told him he needs to go there. Definitely going to recommend them to everyone. And my car was done quicker than I was quoted. Which was also great since I work graveyard shift and had gone there after getting off work. If there was more stars I'd give it. Great place to go for excellent service and prices.

On May 16, just before 9 a.m. I dropped my car for an oil change and a smog test. From the paperwork that I received from the shop, the smog was done at 9:10 a.m. and passed the test. At 9:37 a.m. looks like they checked the battery which was 100% charge and functional. Next day when I came to pick up the car I was asked to pay an extra of almost $300 for a new battery, new engine filter and new cabin filter that I didn't requested. When I told the gentleman from the office that I didn't requested anything else other then an oil change and the smog test, he stated that the owner ( a lady) decided to add those items to my car and that she will be back soon to explain me why she did it. He said that if I decide not to pay for the adds on , they will need remove these items and put the old ones back whish I asked the to proceed. He kinda understood the situation and decided to try to make it up to me by offering a free oil change. While waiting for removal of the new items with the old ones, the lady owner came to talk to me and she was very very upset because I didn't accepted the items and she tried to explain me that she made me a favor because otherwise my car wouldn't have pass the smog test. After a few minutes of me explaining to her that she shouldn't, under any circumstances, do any other work then the one requested by me, she went to speak with the gentleman in the office. Then she was informed that I received the free oil change from that guy inside and she had the audacity to tell me that if I don't agree to pay for those new items she will take that back. No surprise here, she took it back. So after waiting almost 30 minutes for the mechanic to put back my old stuff I was finally ready to leave but not before I had another unpleasant discussion with the same lady that couldn't understand that she can't do whatever she wants to.my car without my permission. This being said, I used this shop for many years mainly for oil change, smog and small repairs but I will stop using them and I will file a complain with the Bureau of Automotive Repair just because not everyone is a mechanic but in what world your battery, engine filter and cabin filter has something to do with the smog test especially when it passd already!

I fully recommend BNC Auto Care for repair and maintenance on your vehicles. I owned a 2000 Lexus RX300 for 15 years and BNC repaired and maintained it for 9 years. Unfortunately, the transmission failed about one month ago, and I was forced to donate it to a charity. However, I purchased a 2012 Nissan Altima S and had BNC fully inspected it prior to purchase. I trust BNC’s people absolutely with my vehicles. And the repair costs and pricing are fair and reasonable as compared to the dealerships or other alternative repair shops.

I’ve been using BNC for eight years for my car care. I really cannot say enough nice things about the attention and service I and my car get. They are always friendly, fast, efficient, and fair in their pricing. Their time estimates on when my car will be ready are always pretty well spot on. Did a diagnostic on my car and charged me $280 just to tell me what was wrong and then wanted to charge me $3000 for the repair I went to another mechanic and paid half the price. They are weasels. Save your money and go somewhere else for better service and a more reasonable price.

I had two smog checks done today and didn't bring the coupon from their website because I was told I didn't need to. I was charged full price for the first smog because I didn't have the coupon. But the very friendly lady took care of it by printing a coupon for me and discounting both smog checks on the second bill! Always have good prices, good quality work and great, friendly service here!
