I went in after I got a flat tire and the guys there were friendly, helpful and efficient. After looking at the tire, they said they could fix it for $10.99. They put the spare back in the trunk with the tools and the rest of my things back where they were. Half an hour later I was back on the road, can't really do much better than that!

I've tried several times to call, over a few days and no one answers. I tried directly and through the main costco number. I'm sure they're very busy but seems they don't want my business. I've been a costco member since 2002. Very disappointing

I've heard this location is super busy, and yes when I called, I had to call 3 times before someone answered the phone. I had ordered tired online a few weeks ago and was called when they arrived. On the way to work this morning my tire picked up a large sharp screw in one of my tires and I heard and felt it as soon as it happened. I was able to call and then make it to Costco before my tire went flat. Chris was so helpful, friendly, and gave me a lot of important information. I only waited about 45min for them to put all new tires on, and had a great conversation with Chris in the mean time! Highly recommend! Thanks Chris!

I want to commend Bret at Santa Rosa Costco for his outstanding care on my visit there. He went the extra mile to get me the tires, piecing together 4 tires from different Costco branch.He worked hard to get the most desired tires for my car. Called 10 x’s between 10:30am - 11am, nobody answered. Called the “admin” extension & reached a guy that sounded totally uninterested & low energy, could barely hear him. He took my # & said he’d give it to the tire center to call me back. No call back yet, an hour later. Wow ! Is this really the same Costco I usually go to ?! Made me wish I was one of those ‘secret shoppers’ to write their headquarters a review they might read and take seriously.

Carl the manager of the Santa Rosa Costco Tire Center is the best!!! I had a Toyota Camry and I had been to several Costco Tire Centers and it was Carl who told me my car was too heavy and I needed Michelin Tires. This was 17 years ago and I always go back to this Costco Tire Center because of Carl and his Team which includes Riley the Supervisor, Brian, Brett and Nick all great knowledgeable men and a great team. These men work with a very large volume of customers on top of doing a great job during this corona virus pandemic I would give these men all pay raises and bonuses!! Ten Stars for a great manager and great team!!!!

I went in last Sunday to get a tire repaired mostly due to the tire shop being open on that day and thought I would do some incidental shopping too. Chris was running the counter and I was third in line. He handled them all quickly and efficiently and said he would call me when the tire was done. As I was shopping he called me and said that since the tire had been run flat too far (my wife had to get to a safe place) the tire was too damaged to repair. He told me he had a replacement Michelin so naturally I had him put it on. He called me again when it was ready. When I got to the counter he told me that they had noticed that the existing tires (not purchased from Costco) had been put on wrong side out (who new there was a wrong side) and then told me that they had remounted them right side out and put in new valve stems at no charge. They also put my spare back in the trunk with all the tools in place, etc. You can imagine that was all a pleasant surprise. Needless to say I enthusiastically thanked Chris for this above and beyond consideration. As I was loading my purchases in my trunk across from the shop doors I could overhear Chris tell the service man who took care of my car that I was very pleased that they took such good care of me (Chris wasn't aware that I could hear). Now there is a very valuable shop foreman; one who shares the credit with his coworkers. Very good experience and will be back.

My car holds the road and handles better overall. My total mpg immediately began to improve. I'll get member and Citibank rewards on this important purchase. I couldn't have made a better decision to buy tires from Costco.

Bret at the tire center in Santa Rosa is my guardian angel / Christmas miracle. I awoke the morning of December 8 to a flat tire, 100 miles from home. After rallying the friends on my girls trip together to change my tire to the spare, I desperately drove to the closest Costco… with no appointment. Bret made no false promises, but took my car in and said, “let me see what we can do.” Three hours later I was on the road & will be able to make my flight Monday morning for an important work trip. I can’t thank the team (especially Bret) enough for being so kind and quick.

The best customer service from Ben at the Costco Tire Service Center. Ben was attentive, patient, and informative. Not in anyway did he treat me other than respectful. I can tell Ben is treated well at Costco and his hard work translates to the excellent customer service he provided with me. I highly recommend this Costco tire center and Ben as your technician. I recently had a tire replaced and after driving a bit my tire light went on. I inspected my car, saw no issue until I took my wife for a ride. She asked why the light was and as the conversation went she convinced me that it was something I should have looked at. Ben kindly came to help me and told me to park my car by the tire inflation station. He quickly met me there and immediately measured the tire pressure and found 3/4 tires over inflated to 41 psi from the dealer. He said my type of car needed to be 32 to 35 psi as stated in the manual. Ben was 100% correct. I looked up my manual and he was on the money. I am certain you will receive the same excellent service as I did today.
