I went to Firestone first thing in the morning for a simple tire repair. The front desk told me they were booked for the day and couldn’t get to it. I insisted on leaving my car just in case they had time. About 30 minutes later, I got a call saying the tire was “too old” to be repaired and there was nothing they could do. I ended up taking it to Costco Tire Center, and they repaired it immediately with no issue. It's obvious Firestone didn’t want to deal with a free tire patch and would rather focus on jobs that make the company money. If that’s the case, they shouldn’t advertise free repairs at all. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience.

I visited on Friday to request service, but the attendant informed me they were too busy to work on my car that day. I understood and scheduled an appointment for the following Monday. When I arrived at the scheduled time, the same attendant told me it would be at least three hours before anyone could start working on my car. There was no apology or explanation—just a dismissive, 'take it or leave it' attitude. If you value your time and expect respectful customer service, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Michael Hults the service manager went out of his way above and beyond to help me with my vehicle . I needed a special oil on a fire department vehicle I had purchased and they got me in that day. They were extremely busy, yet communicated with me even as the phones are ringing and people were coming in and out dropping off and picking up their cars . I have to really hand it to Michael, that's why I am repeat customer going both to the Coddingtown Santa Rosa and Santa Rosa Avenue location . I tell my friends that I go to Firestone as I buy and sell vehicles and need to need frequent oil changes. Also the service check and diagnostic is very comforting, as it's easy to miss regular maintenance items your vehicle ,its included. Wow, that's hard to beat . I love this place. I have utilized Firestone a lot through my car ownership and was a little reluctanct after reading some of the reviews here. I can say the time for repairs surely were there but they were also very busy at work. I have no problem with waiting on repair times as they managed my expectations from the very begining and were right on point with my wait time estimate. As I sat in the waiting room I was able to experience several customer interactions and they managed very well the full workload. Several calling for repairs and they again managed expectations very well while getting people taken care of between scheduled appointment times. I apprecaite the harmony the crew all seemed to have with one another and they all genuinely seemed happy to be working there. It was truly a no B.S. visit for me. they sold me exactly what I wanted without pressure to upsell while also relaying advantages to more higher pricer tires. I can truly appreciate an honest sale and very transparent process in the work completed. This will be my go to place for work. If they are this busy and have wait times, it's because they are trusted by a lot of people, imo... thanks to the staff for a wonderful experience. And a special call out to Michael who went the extra mile to discuss options for me.

Took my car in for an alignment, I stood by and chatted with their team chillin and I watched these guys attempt to fix my camber by taking pry bars and jamming it into my camber plates scarring and damaging it when I barely had my new coilovers for a day. Absolutely ZERO respect for my car and after driving around on my new alignment the camber on my car and other things is and feels completely off.

i had an appt and when i got there they said it was going to take hours because they were very backed up. at first i was very frustrated as i drove a long way and was unexpected but they fit me in quickly and it was only an hour. not sure if i was happy because i was expecting it to be longer and then it was short or it was actually a good experience. anyways they were nice and professional.

Called and got quote information, I checked the website before hand and saw that there were 27 tires available, so I called and got a quote. When I was attempting to make appointment I found out the tires actually weren’t in the store and that I needed to make an appointment, so I scheduled one for a couple days later at 3 PM. I showed up five minutes early, yet my car was still sitting outside untouched after 4:30. It’s now after 5:30, and I’m still in the lobby with my vehicle not finished. Although I was able to use a coupon, the experience was extremely frustrating. I had to leave work early, losing pay and ended up waiting on going on over 2½ hours. The lack of communication and the long delay made this visit very inconvenient. Didn’t need to leave work early to sit here for well over an hour and a half before my vehicle was pulled into a bay. Better communication would have been appreciated so I could have just made it another day and not sit here like this.

I came in about 15 to 20 minutes before closing with a flat tire. It was already dark outside, around 5:40 to 5:45, and I was three hours away from my destination. I completely understand that businesses close at a certain time and that employees want to go home, but my experience here was disappointing. I walked in hoping someone could help repair my flat tire. I had to look around because no one came to the office for a while, and when an older gentleman finally spoke to me, he told me that unfortunately no one could help. He even made it a point to say they could not even add air to my tire because they had turned it off. He did give me a recommendation for Santa Rosa Tire and Wheel, which I genuinely appreciate, because they ended up taking wonderful care of me. They stayed open for almost an hour waiting for me to arrive, even though there was no one else in the shop. Their kindness made all the difference. What disappointed me at Firestone was the lack of empathy. I was visibly stressed in the dark parking lot trying to figure out what to do, since I’ve never had a tire completely pop on me before. Despite seeing me, a young girl all alone, outside, the man simply shut the doors and did not ask if I was okay or if there was any other way he could assist. Thankfully, the tow truck driver rushed me to the shop that chose to stay open for me, and I was able to get back on the road safely. I do not leave one star reviews lightly. In fact, I’ve never left one before. I’m not from the area, but based on this experience, I do not plan on returning to this location or any other Firestone. I hope my experience encourages better customer care moving forward. A little bit of kindness and empathy could have made a huge difference, but no worries because Santa Rosa Tire and Wheel and Yarbrough Towing provided me with just enough. Because of those two companies I am now able to safely resume my 3 hour drive home to my parents for Thanksgiving.

My tire pressure light came on. I was very worried about it. My husband talked to Tony. He said to stop by on my lunch hour. I did and he didn't waste anytime. Checked my tires put air in . Made an appointment to fix my tire. My tire light went off.He was just really nice and willing to help me. Real personable guy. I recommend trying them. They do good quality and fair work. It didn't cost me a dime. Tony spent his time helping me he could have charged for his time but he didn't. You don't see that these days.
