Im not sure about the other reviews. I had the experience with bringing in my 2025 CRV. Paul was amazing. Mechanic was amazing. I brought it in on 9/26/2025. They informed me when the car was ready for pick up. I don't buy the other people. I bought 3 cars from Manly. Never had an issue with service. I was extremely pleased with the service I received at Honda Manly—truly above my expectations. From the moment I checked in, to the clear explanation from the mechanic on how my car would be fixed, to the seamless return process—everything was perfect. I honestly had no idea a dealership could provide such outstanding service. I’m extremely happy and grateful. A big thanks to Paul for making the experience exceptional!

Quality is gone. Carlo in the service department was the only positive part of the entire experience. I won’t get into the details but I’m disappointed MANLY HONDA as a whole for any and all miscommunications. Im well aware the entire car dealership industry has changed. I thought I bought a car I’d keep for many years to come but I don’t feel that way now (6 months later into my purchase paid in full no lease no financing). Not happy and not satisfied .

The Manly Honda Service facility kept me informed the entire time my car was being repaired. Rainwater had entered the passenger door, ruined a speaker, settled in passenger carpet, and created mold. All damaged parts were replaced, including all carpet. The price for repairs seemed high, but in this economy was probably suitable. The employees at Manly were constantly in contact with me, very professional, and the work was achieved quickly. Many thanks to them all.

Jesse in particular was very accommodating at my every need whenever I needed it however I needed it he made sure that due to my disabilities I didn't have to literally lift a finger except for signing the contract of course. He also attended to my needs when I had concerns about the transmission and the engine wanting to make sure that they were up to par and also under the small frame time of the warranty he did everything right as far as I'm concerned and I really appreciated his help he even took it on the test drive for me with me so that I didn't have to drive far because I can't drive far I can only drive a certain amount of distance so he accommodated me in every way possible I believe which I thoroughly appreciated! Then when I wanted it rechecked and attire that was marked as a spare tire on the contract even though they don't offer that he made that happen as well which I ultimately appreciate it I think he went above and beyond and if I buy another car moving forward I will definitely contact Manly for sure! I don't know who was working behind the scenes but you guys did a wonderful job! I love my car it's exactly what I wanted I'm still driving on the gas that they put in when I purchased the car and that was several months ago and I don't have to worry about charging it like my previous car. Thank you thank you thank you!

I have been bringing my car to Manly Honda service since I purchased it there about 3 years ago. Every time I’ve gone the service has been great! They are very friendly and super thorough with the service. One thing I like is that they take a video of every aspect of your vehicle and send it to you, so you know how everything is looking. I recently had my car serviced here about a week ago and Dani was great!

Overall very happy. The staff was very helpful. The parts department person installed a set of new windshield wipers. Getting an Uber back to the house after dropping it off was great. FYI not a reflection on Manley Honda: The particular Uber car was in poor condition, very dirty inside and smelled strongly of garlic :(

I had to rate the pricing as “not sure” as we paid for the maintenance package when purchasing. Aside from that I must say, the gentleman who helped me, I believe his name was David. He was just a gem. I was hoping to be helped by another representative but David was so kind and funny. He also ended up overestimating my wait time. Love Manly Honda! You guys are the best.

Had my airbag light on and just flashed it but never fixed the problem. Air bag light has been on for 2 years now and somehow think it’s my fault because I keep “complaining my light is on.” And “left my car a pigsty” after seeing a car seat in the back as I take care of a special needs child. Verbatim words from the MANAGER Jose Rocca, as the text message about me was sent my phone. Also damaged my vehicle while I dropped it off for an oil change and it has YET also to be fixed. The WORST customer service I have ever experienced and HIGHLY recommend you never come to this horrible place. STIlL has yet to fix any of my cars problems.

He did everything he said he would do and did so with such kindness and integrity. Carlo helped me when I came in as Jose was busy. It went flawlessly. Got my car serviced a couple months back for a recall and the technician who was working on my car found a nail in my tire (I knew this because I got a video sent to my email for my inspection) and when I went to pick up my car they said I was all good to go and never asked me if I wanted the nail to get fixed or even mentioned it which I thought was weird. I texted my service advisor on the number we always communicate on and he never answered. I ended up taking my car to a local tire shop and they fixed it for free. Not a good experience and I was shocked because I have been going to them for the past 5 years so I was disappointed to have an experience like this. Still to this day I never got a response from my advisor.

Brittany was my most recent service advisor and she kept me updated when my car had to stay for a repair. What a great buying experience. I bought my 2020 Honda Pilot from them and the process was super easy non-pressure and got done really quickly. Some of my paperwork had to be signed online because I had a co-borrower that helped me and they were able to accommodate exceptionally. Myles was exceptional in all the process and Tom and finance helped work miracles! I freaking love dealing with these guys
