Very nice people. Unfortunately, the mechanics could not resolve a check engine light problem on my 2006 Toyota 4Runner even after 3 attempts, $1,251.62 in costs, and time spent driving back and forth to drop off and pick up the car. I had already checked the codes which suggested a bad gas cap. I therefore replaced the gas cap myself by buying a gas cap through an online Toyota dealer but this did not solve the problem. I took the car to Hahn. The initial $300 to diagnose including a smoke test did not pick up a leaking gas cap and the evap canister was replaced after being told that was the problem. Check engine light came back on within the week. When I returned, they suggested it was my fault and had over-filled the tank at the gas station because gas was found in the evap canister when it was removed. I had filled it up the same way for the past 5 years and they suggested that one fill-up had somehow ruined it. Nevertheless, they replaced the canister under warranty with another Toyota canister. Again, the check engine light came on and I returned 2 weeks later. This time, they smoked it again and said they had found a small leak through the gas cap and replaced it with a non-Toyota gas cap. The new gas cap was a better fit than the online Toyota part but a month later, the check engine light came back on with the same codes. At this point, I no longer had confidence in Hahn Automotive and it was worthless to take the car back to them. I strongly suspected a bad gas cap all along. Months went by and I finally got around to buying a 3rd gas cap locally from the Toyota dealer. This time there was a noticeable difference in how it fit. It’s been a week and no check engine light. Problem solved. Unfortunately, it was a very, very expensive gas cap and Hahn should have caught it from the beginning. Instead, they took me down a very expensive and time-wasting hole.

The customer service was amazing. I called on Wednesday, they got me in on Thursday when I didn’t know what was going on. That was followed by a great experience at the facility. Terry was kind and efficient, the technology they use to send quotes is transparent and easy to navigate. They were able to fix my car same day and are reasonably priced. Absolutely would recommend and they will be receiving my business again.

I called to ask about getting a window that was stuck to the up position and my seat belt fixed. He told me to bring it in he would look at it and tell me how much it'll cost to get fixed. Said nothing about getting charged $450 just to look at the car to see what's wrong with it. Jehovah all the way down there thinking that's what was going to take place cuz that's what he said and get jammed up for a 450.00 charge just to look at my car to see what's wrong with it to get fixed should have said that on the phone before I came down

Called Hahn as a last ditch chance since Cadillac no longer had the equipment nor parts to diagnose my 96 Seville STS. I had it towed due to a coolant leak and overheat. That set off the anti theft system that made the car shut down. I tried many mechanics but no one seemed to know anything but guess work. Hahn backed tracked the modules found the fault and discovered the coolant leak was inside the car and shorted out the electrical system. They did a quick fix for the leak and replaced the electrical components that were damaged and the car runs great again. I would recommend their shop to everyone I know. You saved my car from a trip to Pick-N-Pull.

Trustworthy men and women that I would recommend to anyone for their car service needs. My old truck needed to be evaluated for a suspected head gasket repair. They confirmed that suspicion within 30 minutes and informed me immediately. When I went to pay for the service, the kind woman up front waived it stating that it took very little time and not to worry about it. That was a surprise and a kind gesture I needed on that day.

I don’t know if this receptionist or mechanic who I spoke with over the phone was having a bad day or so, but definitely rude, not punctual. She didn’t explain much of why oil change cost $180 for my SUV, besides stating that, “yeah, we are not like chevron”. Which I don’t know what that means. She also said that she will call me back right away that she’s got a bad connection then, didn’t call back for 40mins. When I called back to follow up with the appointment to confirm, I informed her that she said she will call back and that didn’t happen. She didn’t apologize. Where is the manner and decency in local business? The whole time, nuance of her tone was condescending. It was close to my apartment and I was genuinely looking for a mechanic who will follow up with my regular maintenance. Not gonna do any business with this site whatsoever. The reviews that this place has, throws me off.

I cannot possibly tell you how COMPLETELY satisfied I am with Hahn Automotive!!!!! They are the most professional, competent, and caring repair shop I've ever taken a vehicle to! And I've owned a TON of cars of all types in my 60 years! They identified a SERIOUS safety concern on my car that could have very likely been fatal if not addressed.
