Very grateful that GreenTech was able to take me in on such short notice. My vehicle broke down while on vacation, and they were more than happy to take it in on very short notice and got it fixed and ready to go home the next day! Customer service is excellent and very informative! They are very honest which I love and they keep you in the loop with text messages and over the phone. I can access my vehicle inspection from my text messages which is awesome. Speaking of their vehicle inspection, they go very in depth! Every aspect of your car is examined and they highlight what parts of your car are good and what needs immediate servicing. Very honest evaluation! Car runs way better now and all of the concerns I presented to them were fixed 100%. I would not hesitate to take my car back here again, if I lived in the area!

My first experience: Good efficient service. I think the service I received was fairly priced, but check your estimate carefully before committing. The multipoint inspection is a nice addition, but the results are very limited. Don't be afraid to ask questions. I would go there again.

I think Nathan Boemler and his staff are terrific. They do a splendid job of servicing both my car and my husband’s car. They are prompt, efficient and very good at their jobs. Plus, if I need a ride home after dropping off my car, they will give me a “loaner car” or have one of their staff drive me home. When my husband and I first moved to Santa Rosa nearly 9 years ago, we chose Green Tech because of their commitment to using green technology in their automotive repair business. We are so pleased to do business with a company that can do a good job the extra steps to protect the environment.

Very friendly and I loved there digital inspection sheet with photos of the area inspected. I was looking for a new auto shop and I think I may have found it. Update had them do accident repair work February 2023 They were kind and professional as always and even dealt with our very difficult insurance claims adjuster for us. Thanks again Greentech you are awesome as always !! UPDATE 8/24/23. I had my " BIG " 90,000 mile service done. Green tech was awesome as always once again . My truck is running great. I wish I could give them negative 10 stars or wish I had the ability to complain and get their business shut down. And I might look into this after reading these reviews and having the issues I have had with them. This is a horrible place if you want to spend thousands of dollars to “fix”a problem.To then come back with the same problem but in a different way. I was told that they were the only people that could fix Range Rover’s in Santa Rosa. they are not! It’s OK cause they got 15 grand out of me and they will never get another red cent out of me again . There are other people that do fix Range Rover’s in Santa Rosa. Also, after reading some of these reviews, I am starting to think maybe they might have caused the additional problems with my car. Prior to dropping my car off I did not have any nails in my tire. I called them and I asked them if I could drop my car off today. The person who answered the phone had said that they were extremely busy today and they wouldn’t get to it until very later on in the day. So we took a lift over there. Once we got to our house, we realized we didn’t have the garage opener so we had to go back to the place. When I called them, I was shocked to hear that my car may not be there because someone took it for a drive. So not only did I have the original problem of what I had. I also had a nail in my tire. How they were going to fix it was not by removing the nail and patching it up. But by selling me two overpriced tires. I declined and I declined to something else they had said that I Needed Because I knew I could get it somewhere else done cheaper. Prior to this message We have given them a total of $13,000 to fix our vehicle in 2 or 3 appts. you would think With the first appointment spending $10,000they would offer me a loaner car upfront. They do finally tell you? But it’s too late. We found out after our 3rd or 4th appt., and my mother needed to ask if they had loaner cars and the cost. And you should take it because that’s the only free thing you’ll get. They’re not very friendly, the first time I went there my husband checked the car in while I was waiting outside. While I went to my car this lady screamed at me because I was touching MY Range Rover. My husband heard that and he said” don’t you dare talk to my wife that way that! That is her car.” So you can tell the really level of niceness And professionalism this company gives. I was well dressed. I did not look like a vagrant- I was brown skinned though. So why SHE felt the need to tell ME to get away from MY car is absurd and completely ridiculous!. Normally, my husband deals with him, but this time I had unfortunate pleasure. There was this nice nastyness Of the people upfront. Let’s just say, that I could’ve saved the money, not done business with them, and buy a brand new car. I have yet to experience a time of having a problem with my car. going to them and getting it fixed or resolved. them offering me the proper amenities Of a loaner car. And come back and pick up my car and leave a happy customer and not come back to them a couple of times because they didn’t finish everything or we’re still having the problem.

They got me right in and Replaced hybred battery and did many performed many other service recommended tasks. of my They got me back on the road so I could continue driving Lyft, Uber and Veterans with two days. The staff are very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about Toyota Prius hybred. I felt the prices were very fair and competitive. Service was done on time and matched the estimate I had been given. I will be using them for now on.

My car had broken down a couple days before Christmas. A friend highly recommended GreenTech to me. I called them and talked to Nate. This is the craziest and busiest time for anyone to take on new customers. He assured me he was busy, but to go ahead and have my car towed in and he would do his best to look at it before the end of the day. He took down all my information and told me I didn’t have to come to the shop unless I wanted to. They kept close contact with me every step of the way. They have some extremely useful software that facilitates the process. By clicking the link it tells you exactly what is going on, what needs to be done immediately and future suggestions of services that need to be preformed in the near future. They took care of my car perfectly and very quickly, The support staff is friendly and efficient. The shop is spotless and they recycle everything they use. They were voted best auto repair in Sonoma County 9 years in a row. I can see why. I can’t recommend them enough. They have a satisfied customer for life.

The worst scam auto repair i ever imagined to be open for business. I thought I support local businesses but I’m wrong. So rude and unprofessional. I just change my car battery in April not even half year and they told me my battery dead I told them no I want to see my battery but they replaced with the old one and the brand different from Valvolene that I just bought.

Nate and Trista were so helpful and kind. My car’s problem wasn’t one they could ultimately fix, but they got it running and offered a lot of helpful advice for next steps. They even sent someone to follow me home when I left my car seat in their loaner. Lovely people who I would whole heartedly recommend and will return to. You have a customer for life.

Went in with horribly squeaky brakes, they charged me a fortune to replace them and they were just as squeaky the next day. Went back to get it fixed with their “warranty” free of charge and even though I squeaked into the parking lot they supposedly “couldn’t hear the squeaking” (shocker). GreenTech does dangerously bad work. They worked on the brakes on our van and shortly after we picked it up, I started hearing a scraping sound from the left rear wheel through part of each rotation. I stopped into Sonoma County Auto Care to ask where the sound was coming from, and they showed me that one of our lug nuts had fallen off and all the others were only finger tight. They said that if I had driven it on the highway like that the wheels likely would have come off. They fixed it for me for free. When we called GreenTech they denied all responsibility on the basis that they hadn't worked on our tires, even though the brake work they did clearly requires taking the wheels off.
