Can't go wrong with O'Reilly's you can get discounts if you're a veteran... They have great sales going on for full synthetic oil which is great. The staff is helpful and kind. Right off Mendocino avenue across from Big lots shopping center.

This store is nice and the staff are all very helpful, but the parking is HORRIBLE. There are only two non-ADA parking spots in the front and what I assume is shared parking on the side of the store. The shared parking (unmarked from what I can tell) is often full with customers of the tire shop that's next to the store. It can be difficult getting in and out due to this.

If I remember his name correctly, Luis consistently is outstanding in customer service, knowledge & patience. Every time my husband and I go to the Mendocino Ave. store, he is ALWAYS helpful! Very refreshing to see in customer service. Definitely will be back with people like this working here. Thank you! Edited~ because after I wrote this, I realized that these gentleman that work here are CONSISTENTLY AMAZING TO EVERYONE~ just look at all the reviews! NOT A SURPRISE! LOVE to see this! Do Not Waste your time at this O'Reillys!! RUDE AND VERY DISRESPECTFUL TO CUSTOMERS!! A female employee with brown hair, glasses, and very plump figure lied refusing to install a car battery, stating they don't provide this service when they previously installed two batteries in the same vehicle!! She continued to keep her attitude as I was leaving, very rude and unprofessional!!

I had went in there a few weeks back on a rainy day for a new battery. Even though I have AAA and they have a battery program I wanted to support local I didn't realize the pandemic had changed the fact that they can't come out and help you like they used to I understand they can't leave their counter and showroom to come assist with dummies like me for repair however the guy was nice enough to loan me the tools which was awesome business and I'm super grateful. During that bad day I was having I dropped the new battery and it broke and I thought I was going to have to buy a new one but due to their awesome warranty they threw a new one at me and I was back on the road. I'm super happy I went to this place. The guy I work in the count of that day I'm so sorry I can't remember his name but he was amazing He gets five stars Go check this place out you'll be happily you did their people people and they can help me with a lot of car issues Happy holidays

I came here because my headlight was out and needed a new bulb. I wasn’t sure whether my car needed an LED or Factory Halogen. Rodger was super friendly, proactive, knowledgeable about these different types of bulbs. He clearly explained the various bulb options (qualities, colors, etc) that I could purchase for my car. He even took the time to install the new bulb for me! I’d highly recommend coming to this O’Reilly Auto Parts if you’re looking for friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff.
