We took our old Airstream here to have the brakes and tires serviced, at the recommendation of the previous owner. It was way out of our way (a solid 1.5 hour drive) but Chuck's Brake & Wheel was the only place we could find that had easy access to vintage parts and the knowledge to service them. I'm always a bit sensitive to the ways that car guys can speak to women (I know nothing about anything, my husband is the gear head but he's allergic to the phone, so alas). I received such exemplary and kind customer service from Chuck's Brakes. They talked me through everything really respectfully and kept me updated throughout the process. And when I called them for service updates, never sounded annoyed or exasperated. When they hit a snag with a fix on our trailer that was outside their wheelhouse, they outsourced to a local shop to get it fixed for me within our timeline, which saved a ton of time and energy on our part. Would absolutely return here for future service and recommend with total confidence.

I was referred to Chuck’s by their competition. When I showed up, they had everything I needed to make the repairs on my boat trailer when I was stuck on the road.
