I went to buy a new battery before my move to Colorado...got supposedly the best which was a red top optima battery. He sold me the wrong one and we broke down in 12 deg weather with a 4 year old and 2 dogs...took AAA 4 hours to get to us to be towed to a hotel. We were huddled together to keep warm....it could have been a disaster. I am calling hq to complain because we could have died....I'm also going to talk to the manager there at the place we got the battery. I am so angry at O'Reilly Auto parts. Just make sure u do your own research before u trust one of the employees there....

There wasn't a long wait. Enough staff available & they were knowledgable about what they had in stock. The price was reasonable. Service quick and friendly. What's not to like? Docked a star off because I don't like the website as much as I liked it when it was Kragen Auto.

11/17/24 6:15 pm Just drove 16 miles in the rain to come to this location because the website showed the part that I need is in stock and it is closed. The hours on Google and the sign on the window states that it is open until 8:00 pm. It is now 6:45 pm and 7 people have come and gone away pissed off because they were not open during posted hours. Thanks for wasting my gas and time O'REILLY's. You just lost some customers.

These guys always keep their open sign off while literally laying on the counters on their phones. Nothings ever in stock with the simplest things. Makes you wonder if theyre even really looking for it. Its almost 10am today and theyre not even open yet with an employee standing out front pissed because he cant get a hold of anyone. Always somethin with this spot. Go to farmers lane or even better, napa auto parts on santa rosa ave.
