Paul is the man! Super kind and knows Honda models well. Treated me like I was a friend. He helped me avoid buying an Honda Element by noticing a noise in the back and talkIng through the typical engine life. As I was leaving my home I had a car message saying engine low oil pressure... After googling, the nearest shop was reliance and my employer had been there previous so I thought I'd give it a try. It was like 4:00 in the afternoon and they look very busy and I was afraid they wouldn't be able to take me. But to my surprise they took my car in right away and had it back to me within 30 minutes I was very very pleased. Oh and by the way I was there for just an oil change.

I USED TO consider this shop to be a trustworthy mechanic, but that was BEFORE the ownership changed. There used to be an older asian man and his wife that ran the shop. When they ran it, it seemed as though they hired more punctual and professional mechanics and held a higher standard for good work. They have since retired and now the new owner has brought in new mechanics. I have taken my car to this shop 3 times to have small preventative maintenance done since ownership changed and I have had issues after every repair causing me to have to either call the shop to figure out how fix the issue or physically go back and drop my car off again only to be left without a car for days at a time. I have officially decided that i will no longer be taking my vehicles to this shop and i would NOT RECOMMEND that anyones else take their cars here either. The mechanics have gotten LESS CAREFUL with their work and I frequently notice small exterior damage to my car after picking it up, the most recent occurrence was when a small piece of my cars undercarriage cover was displaced and left hanging down almost dragging on the ground. They cracked the plastic cover to my engine as well after i took my car for a change of spark plugs (IDK HOW THAT HAPPENS AND APPARENTLY NEITHER DO THEY!!). They are dirty which is expected of an auto mechanic but what is not expected is that they are unconcerned about spreading that dirt INTO YOUR CAR!! I continuously see grimy handprints left by mechanics on my cars interior, like the steering wheel and center console when i pick it back up. They used to have the courtesy of putting down paper floor mats, so as not to track oil into the car from their shoes but it seems they have done away with that practice as well and constantly leave grimy, gritty, dirty footprints on your floor mats after they finish their sub par work. Like i said their quality of work has SEVERELY taken a turn for the worst since the new owner has taken over. I would strongly recommend searching a little longer for a better auto shop do not settle for the lackluster work done at reliance auto.

Very nice mechanic. I went there planning to buy a truck off Craig list and asked if he could take a look at it before I purchased the truck. He gave it an inspection and was very helpful as if it were his hard earned dollar that was going to buy the truck. He then said the inspection was free of charge. I would definitely recommend going here.

Went to this place twice with the same problem. The first time they recharged my A/C, after me telling them it had already gotten recharged. They recharged it anyway, no work up or to see is there any leak they charged me $352. 3 months later it was running hot again brought it back and they said a leak. They supposedly fixed it and kept my car for a week and charged me $972 and they broke my windshield which was another $249. And a week later it's running hot again I refusing to pay. Take your car somewhere else it's sad cause I have brought my other car to them and never had a problem until now.
