This business was great and the runner was professional and a great person. But now a childish guy running this shop that is extremely uncivilized and he does not know anything regarding vehicle at all. I took my car to this place and ended up paying $1k and my car did not get repaired. He replaced a lot part and the vehicle did not work so i got tired of him for not being able to find out the problem and took my car to another location and the other location said the problem was the battery and charged it for 2 hours. Now my car has been running ever since. Do not take your vehicle for repairmen to this scammer.

I love these guys they do great work and they're always super nice. They really go the extra mile for there customers. Great service and very affordable price.. They replaced the front brakes pads for my vehicle, I asked them to replace the rear shoes and flush the hydraulic fluid .After they check everything they told me I do t have too, the rear shoes still good and I don’t need to flush the hydraulic fluid.. I highly respect their honesty and they don’t over charge their customers. Highly recommended

After reading the review, it's evident that the owner or owner's son at this place is extremely biased against black people. They tend to misrepresent car issues and fabricate repair needs. For instance, when I went in for a tune-up and valve work, they insisted that was necessary. However, just two months later, I faced similar problems and upon revisiting, they again claimed the same repair was needed. When I confronted them with my receipt proving the recent work, they had no choice but to acknowledge it. Then, they charged me $80 just to check under the hood, claiming that's where they discovered the issues. This seemed like an unnecessary fee. When I questioned why my car was still having issues so soon after the supposed repair, I began to doubt if any work had been done previously. Despite having spent $400 earlier, when I calmly expressed my concerns, the owner became aggressive and rude, especially when my friend intervened. He even suggested I go elsewhere for repairs. Feeling uncomfortable, I arranged for my father to pick up the car, but when he went, the owner wasn't present. This behavior is unacceptable, and it seems the owner is disrespectful towards women and unwilling to address men directly. I strongly advise against patronizing this place if you don't fit into their preferred customer profile.

I had a CEL and flashing glow plug light appear on my dash so I called ahead to see if this shop would even look at my car since I've been turned down at other places as soon as I say the words "VW diesel". I brought the car in and was out in about 45 minutes. My issue was diagnosed, I was shown what the problem was under the hood (exhaust temp sensor) so that I could fix it myself, and my low tire was aired up. I even got some advice on maintenance I'll be self performing in the future. The owner is a very thorough and honest guy. I'll definitely be coming back.

They fixed the door handle, checked the battery and replaced it, (needed to be done), and didn't fix anything that wasn't broken. They took really good care of me here. Went and got a full synthetic oil change and they give you three different options for better pricing if you're looking for that. While doing the service they also topped off all my fluids and cleaned up my battery posts. I haven't had a company do that in a while. Definitely recommend.

After being let down by both Mesquite and Clay Cooley Kia who I can no longer recommend due to their inconsistency, I decided to stop by Richland Auto Repair, who I’ve used before for truck repairs. After speaking with Othman, he assured me they could not only handle the work Kia recommended, but he also pointed out that some of their suggestions were unnecessary. Two hours later, my service was complete and I was back on the road—at a fraction of the cost the STEALership quoted for the exact same work. This shop changed ownership probably 6 to 8 months ago. I have been a customer of theirs for many years before that. The new guys are great. Very service oriented and attentive and honest. That last one is a big deal in the car repair industry. Nobody knows everything and they will admit that upfront. But the honesty,, is strong. Highly recommend.
