Their parking lot by the service area is littered with debris like bolts and screws that will puncture your tires and their service is disrespectful and they try to take advantage of people. Never use Rick Hendrick for anything.

Today, Joe's commitment to excellence was particularly evident. He went above and beyond to ensure I wasn't inconvenienced by my vehicle's servicing by arranging a loaner vehicle for me. And not just any loaner, but a very nice one that exceeded my expectations. This gesture alone speaks volumes about his dedication to customer satisfaction. Chris, the service manager, also deserves a shoutout for leading such a fantastic team. It's evident that great leadership trickles down to great service. Every interaction with the staff here is a positive one, which says a lot about the culture they've cultivated. I trust him 100% in giving me the best service and upmost care for my vehicle.
