Had to go back mulitiple times over the same issue in under a month. Was quoted $1,500.00 originally due to them not paying attention to the actual work needed. Payed $1,200.00 for horrible service, and being told the wrong thing was the issue for the brake issues. Wasted another week waiting on a phone call that never came to be told the Ebrake was on, which it was not, then told it needed brake fluid, which it did not. First time i got it back, had to replace fuses that somehow were blown which operated the seats and lights. Never goi g here again and never telling people to go there either.

Highly recommend Ricks. Been going there for 20 years. They will not cheat you or try to up sell you. I've gone there thinking I need a major repair only to be told it's a minor repair. Very fair and honest! Really happy I have a mechanic I can trust!

This is absolutely my all time favorite place to get my car done for good!! I trust these guys 1000%, I dont make a lot of money but the guys were really affordable and very fast to get my car done in one day.I got my front suspension done with a couple of hours but had to get my tires done the next day unfortunately I went to mavis discount tires to get them done and they messed up my tires and didnt place the correct lug nuts to my car, so we took it back too Rick's auto shop, and unfortunately had to replace most of my lug nuts but they were very helpful, very understanding, and I felt like family there. I recommend taking your vehicle here anytime you have a problem!!!

Great Shop. Was referred their by Shawn @ Mavis. Repair required Rick's Auto Center Expertise. Thanks, Shawn. I found another Gem. R & R a resistor, that was hard to remove. Ordered a Resistor, W a Pigtail Snap Connect Wiring, W Protector for Rain. Not bad, 1 1/2 hours total. Rick, Jr. was my Tech, Bob Shop Manager. Rick, Sr on vacation. YOU CANNOT FIND PEOPLE LIKE THIS TODAY! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Great people, better service. My 2016 Nissan Rogue's air bag dashboard light kept coming on and off. I took the Rogue to the dealer and all they told me was I'd have to replace the passenger seat which had the sensor assembly sealed in the seat - total cost $3400. I decided to get a second opinion and a mutual acquaintance recommended Rick's. They were able to remove the existing sensor unit from the passenger seat, inspect and clean the contacts, then verify that the unit was generating all the correct codes for less than $200! This was my first time at Rick's, it won't be my last.
