Called into Rick's earlier today, guy answers and ask what issues I'm having. I begin to tell him and then tell him about a sensor I recently replaced, he rudely interrupts me and says, " I didn't ask you to diagnose." Thats all I needed to hear, conversation ended at that point. HIS initial rudeness probably will save me a lot of money in the longrun!! Stay away!!

The gentleman was so patient with me and didn't speak to me like I was incompetent I really love that. the lady at the desk was so kind and sweet. What I love most about this place is that it's affordable and he explains everything. I have a lot of work on my car so I'm definitely coming back to him. When I called the person on the phone did not seem to want to be bothered. I needed some service for my Benz. I needed service "A" done and Headlights realigned. After being on hold for about 7 minutes, someone picked up and said call me back in 25 minutes. I called Wedge and got an appointment. I am not saying Ricks is a bad shop but if my first interaction with them is like this, I am not sure I want to take a chance on such questionable service just over the phone.

I recommend Rick's foreign car repair to anyone & everyone. 2 other shops Checked my vehicle. A Mercedes ML350 both Said I need a transmission and alternator. Mr. Rick literally saved me thousands. No transmission or alternator was needed. The problem was something completely different. And much cheaper Now my SUV runs GREAT...

I seemed to not have as good of an experience as others. It seemed as though he did not want to be bothered when I contacted him. I had a check engine light which he did diagnose but when I brought it back to get rechecked my car came back running worse than when I sent it to him. He kept the car for almost a whole week for the check engine light and didn’t have any actual work to do on the car. He gave me some steps to do with the car and I have not been able to drive me car since then.
