Scam!!! Bad Business!!! Told me $150 to sand and paint my motorcycle tank, after 3 weeks of waiting I call and told they now want $300 bc it's too much sanding on a motorcycle tank!!!! Run from this Crooked Company!!!!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ZERO PROFESSIONALISM NO INTEGRITY The way they treated my mother when she came into the shop to pick up her (partially) serviced vehicle was unacceptable. She was not happy with their “service” because they didn’t do what they said they were going to do. They even admitted the job was unacceptable. Instead of the customer being right, they screamed at her (using profanity) and demanded her to “PAY AND LEAVE.” All because she noticed the vehicle wasn’t completely serviced and was not happy they did not do what they say they were going to do. I expect to be contacted about how this situation will be rectified. ZERO RESPECT FOR ANYONE.

Owners wife Karla has a very Bad ugly horrible attitude I will never do business with this company. I had a friend that had a appointment yesterday and Karla was yelling at her because they were late opening the doors and my friend was just asking her some questions and the lady went bipolar on her.

The best repair for your car you could get in town... They work with any kind of insurance or if you don't have any as well but always they do make sure your car will be finished like new. They fixed the front of my vehicle and I was amazed at how new it looked... Plus, the customer service is superb.

Don't ever go to this place yall, I was do disappointed about my car, I just have this car last year. They never fix my car ( front bumper ) I have a bad experience at this shop. They told me only took 2-3 days to finish fixing my car but bit ended up a week. Long short story I just want to let y'all know DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE YOU GUY WILL REGERT.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. These are the most honest, trust worthy, empathetic people I’ve ever worked with in auto repair. They put the customer first and are not out to make a quick buck off of someone, instead will do everything they can to financially make things work for you. They will explore every option possible to help the customer! I’ve worked with them twice now and both experience was more than I could hope for. Their work is also top notch, with the most fair prices in town.

I had a rear bumper repaired by them which there is still wavy body work. Overspray paint on my exhaust tips which they half way clean. Overspray inside my hatch area. Still had tape and a piece of scuffing pad inside my bumper area. The workers didn't even put a floor mat inside my car so it was covered with white gravel dust. The car was full of dust from sanding. The insurance company Go Auto was not great at addressing the problem either, they say it's my fault that I choose them so I need to tell them. I just wanted my car back so I just took it the second go around. I should have gone with my gut and went to the body shop that I wanted to go. I choose this one because it was on their list.

All parts were ordered ahead so when I dropped truck off it wouldn't be as long since I had to re t another truck . Work came out great and really enjoyed the conversations when I went in . After someone hit my car I was very concerned about who would fix it correctly. I have had many bad experiences with local shops messing up vehicles I would send my own clients to. Paul guaranteed fixing my CLS550 would be no issue. He did not cheap out and made sure everything was OEM replaced. A vital concern was not having trash installed on my car. Affordable did everything correctly and properly. I am greatly satisfied with the final product they delivered me.
