Timely old school top quality craftsmanship and work is to be expected at sids. So dont go round there looking to walk away disappointed they simply wont let ya. From their quality of craftsmanship to the smile on their faces when they shake your hand hello those cajuns got a jam up radiator shop for sho. Point being you'll always leave worh a smile yea. From the first call to the service performed, I had a great experience. Very kind, and to my relief, honest. Not being from this area I didn't know who to call for the radiator work I needed done. They offered to stay late if my schedule didn't allow for an earlier visit. And went above and beyond what I actually paid for. Saved me God knows how much. I highly recommend them. If you want honest, quality, fast work, this is the place!!! I called in to get an estimate and it was right on the money after the repairs. They were super honest and friendly! Never once made me feel like I was being taken advantage of or uncomfortable like a typical mechanic shop. Everyone there was amazing and not over priced! 10/10 would go here again!!! Cost not much more than if I were to do the repair myself!!!!!

Went there in October of last year (2024) to find out why my compressor continued to run. I was told that it was the thermostat. Fast-forward to April. My compressor started to run continuously once again during the Month of March, so I decided to take it back. I was told that there was a leak coming from the water pump gasket. He said that it leaks very very slow. Just got back from letting another mechanic look at it and he told me that the water pump was a problem all along. I believe him and now I feel played. The only reason I chose to let them service my vehicle was because of the reviews.
